ISLAM VS THE GOSPEL

#1 Are Muslims the spiritual brothers and sisters of Christians and Jews? NO! NOT according to the Koran.

From the birth of Islam, its followers have been committed to "jihad" (holy war). It is the duty of Muslims to destroy what the Koran calls "infidels" (unbelievers). The Koran commands Muslims to fight ALL non-Muslims until they exterminate ALL other religions. The goal is to have only one religion, that being Islam.

The press and TV attempt to show that the majority of Muslims are a peace loving people, and only a few evil people called terrorists are the "bad guys." If these people condone any violence done to non-believers of Islam, it is evil! To say Allah is a loving god, and those who follow and obey the Koran are a peace loving people, is a statement that is NOT true!

The plan of Islam is to conquer the United States . . . but also the whole world! See what the Koran states below! Their desire is to convert all America, and the entire globe, to Islamism, and in some places their tactics of conversion are horrific!

Sura 2:193 And fight them on until there is no more Tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah. but if they cease, Let there be no hostility except to those who practise oppression. Sura 8:37 In order that Allah may separate the impure from the pure, put the impure, one on another, heap them together, and cast them into Hell. They will be the ones to have lost. Say to the Unbelievers, if (now) they desist (from Unbelief), their past would be forgiven them; but if they persist, the punishment of those before them is already (a matter of warning for them). And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah altogether and everywhere; but if they cease, verily Allah doth see all that they do.

All Muslims are to terrorize non-Muslims on behalf of Allah. Allah has promised to assist his followers. Sura 8:59 Let not the unbelievers think that they can get the better (of the godly): they will never frustrate (them). 60 Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of Allah and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom Allah doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of Allah, shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall not be treated unjustly. Sura 8:12 Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): "I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instil terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them."

The Koran promises Paradise to those who fight for Allah. Sura 4:74 Let those fight in the cause of Allah Who sell the life of this world for the hereafter. To him who fighteth in the cause of Allah,- whether he is slain or gets victory - Soon shall We give him a reward of great (value).

It promises instant Paradise for all who die in battle. Sura9:111Allah hath purchased of the believers their persons and their goods; for theirs (in return) is the garden (of Paradise): they fight in His cause, and slay and are slain: a promise binding on Him in truth, through the Law, the Gospel, and the Qur'an: and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah. then rejoice in the bargain which ye have concluded: that is the achievement supreme. 47:5 Soon will He guide them and improve their condition, 6 And admit them to the Garden which He has announced for them.

Dying for Allah is presented as far better than living. Forgiveness and mercy is far better than amassing worldly wealth. Sura 3:157And if ye are slain, or die, in the way of Allah, forgiveness and mercy from Allah are far better than all they could amass.

Many barbaric deaths by beheading have occurred lately. The Koran DOES mention beheadings. "Smite ye above their necks" or "smite at their necks" results in death by beheading. Sura 8:12 Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): "I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instil terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them." Sura 47:4 Therefore, when ye meet the Unbelievers (in fight), smite at their necks; At length, when ye have thoroughly subdued them, bind a bond firmly (on them): thereafter (is the time for) either generosity or ransom: Until the war lays down its burdens. Thus (are ye commanded): but if it had been Allah.s Will, He could certainly have exacted retribution from them (Himself); but (He lets you fight) in order to test you, some with others. But those who are slain in the Way of Allah,- He will never let their deeds be lost.

Koran (Quran) Vs The Bible

Koran: Sura 5:52 commands Muslims NOT to take Jews and Christians as friends. 5:52 O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust.

Bible: Acts 10:34 states God is no respecter of persons. Christians are to imitate God, so we are to love ALL people. Acts 10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: [KJV]

Koran: Sura 9:29 commands Muslims to fight against Jews and Christians until they either submit to Allah or else agree to pay a special tax. 9:29 Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

Bible: Christians believe that God will not force anyone to accept Him. John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. [KJV] (Also see Ex.32:26; Deut. 6:5; 30:19; 1 K.18:21; Josh.24:14-15; Rom.1:24-32; John 3:18, 36).

Koran: Sura 5:61 and 2:65 refers to Jews as "apes and swine to be despised and rejected." 5:61 Say: "Shall I point out to you something much worse than this, (as judged) by the treatment it received from Allah. those who incurred the curse of Allah and His wrath, those of whom some He transformed into apes and swine, those who worshipped evil;- these are (many times) worse in rank, and far more astray from the even path!" 2:65 And well ye knew those amongst you who transgressed in the matter of the Sabbath: We said to them: "Be ye apes, despised and rejected."

Bible: God refers to unbelievers as dogs and swine (Mat.7:6; 15:26; Phil.3:2; 2 Pet.2:22; Rev.22:15). God considers Israel (the Jews) to be His "chosen people," a "peculiar treasure," and the "apple of His eye" (Ex.19:5; Deut.14:2; 26:18; 32:10; Ps.17:8; 135:4; Pro.7:2; Dan.11:15; Zec.2:8).

Koran: Many contradictions about the Creation in the Koran.

Sura 54:49-50 says Allah created everything in "the twinkling of an eye." 54:49. Verily, all things have We created in proportion and measure. 50. And Our Command is but a single (Act),- like the twinkling of an eye.
Sura 41:9-12 says the Creation was two days. 41:9 Say: Is it that ye deny Him Who created the earth in two Days? And do ye join equals with Him? He is the Lord of (all) the Worlds. 10. He set on the (earth), mountains standing firm, high above it, and bestowed blessings on the earth, and measure therein all things to give them nourishment in due proportion, in four Days, in accordance with (the needs of) those who seek (Sustenance). 11. Moreover He comprehended in His design the sky, and it had been (as) smoke: He said to it and to the earth: "Come ye together, willingly or unwillingly." They said: "We do come (together), in willing obedience." 12. So He completed them as seven firmaments in two Days, and He assigned to each heaven its duty and command. And We adorned the lower heaven with lights, and (provided it) with guard. Such is the Decree of (Him) the Exalted in Might, Full of Knowledge.
Sura 41:10 says four days. 41:10 He set on the (earth), mountains standing firm, high above it, and bestowed blessings on the earth, and measure therein all things to give them nourishment in due proportion, in four Days, in accordance with (the needs of) those who seek (Sustenance).
Suras 7:54; 10:4; 32:4 says six days. 7:54 Your Guardian-Lord is Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth in six days, and is firmly established on the throne (of authority): He draweth the night as a veil o'er the day, each seeking the other in rapid succession: He created the sun, the moon, and the stars, (all) governed by laws under His command. Is it not His to create and to govern? Blessed be Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds! 10:3 Verily your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and the earth in six days, and is firmly established on the throne (of authority), regulating and governing all things. No intercessor (can plead with Him) except after His leave (hath been obtained). This is Allah your Lord; Him therefore serve ye: will ye not receive admonition? 32:4 It is Allah Who has created the heavens and the earth, and all between them, in six Days, and is firmly established on the Throne (of Authority): ye have none, besides Him, to protect or intercede (for you): will ye not then receive admonition? 5. He rules (all) affairs from the heavens to the earth: in the end will (all affairs) go up to Him, on a Day, the space whereof will be (as) a thousand years of your reckoning.
Sura 32:5 says in "a day equaling 1,000 years. 32:5 He rules (all) affairs from the heavens to the earth: in the end will (all affairs) go up to Him, on a Day, the space whereof will be (as) a thousand years of your reckoning.
Sura 70:4 says in "50,000 years." 70:4 The angels and the spirit ascend unto him in a Day the measure whereof is (as) fifty thousand year.

That’s SIX completely different time periods!

Bible: The Bible states it took God six days to complete the Creation, and that He rested on the 7th day (Gen.1:31; 2:1-2). Genesis 1:31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day. [KJV] Genesis 2:1-2 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. [2] And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. [KJV]

Koran: Sura 5:40 presents Allah as an aloof, arrogant, unloving and oppressive ruler. 5:39. As to the thief, Male or female, cut off his or her hands: a punishment by way of example, from Allah, for their crime: and Allah is Exalted in power. 40. But if the thief repents after his crime, and amends his conduct, Allah turneth to him in forgiveness; for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful. 41. Knowest thou not that to Allah (alone) belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth? He punisheth whom He pleaseth, and He forgiveth whom He pleaseth: and Allah hath power over all things.

Bible: The God of the Bible is presented as knowable, full of love, mercy and grace to those who obey Him. 1 John 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 1 John 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. [KJV] (Also see: Ex.34:6-7; Ps.86:5; 116:5; 2 Tim.1:12).

Koran: Sura 4:48 says Allah is unitarian (a single god). 4:48. Allah forgiveth not that partners should be set up with Him; but He forgiveth anything else, to whom He pleaseth; to set up partners with Allah is to devise a sin Most heinous indeed. Sura 4:171 says: "Believe in Allah and say not Trinity. 4:171. O People of the Book! Commit no excesses in your religion: Nor say of Allah aught but the truth. Christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) an apostle of Allah, and His Word, which He bestowed on Mary, and a spirit proceeding from Him: so believe in Allah and His apostles. Say not "Trinity" : desist: it will be better for you: for Allah is one Allah. Glory be to Him: (far exalted is He) above having a son. To Him belong all things in the heavens and on earth. And enough is Allah as a Disposer of affairs. Cease! It is better for you! Allah is only one God. Far is it removed from his transcendent majesty that he should have a son."

Bible: The true Creator God of the Bible is a Trinity. 1 Cor. 12:3-6 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. [4] Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. [5] And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. [6] And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. [KJV] (Also see: Gen.1:26; Mat.3:16-17; 28:19; Rom. 8:9; Ephes. 4:4-6; 1 Peter 1:2; Jude 1:20-21; Rev. 1:4-5). Isaiah 46:9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, [KJV] 2 Cor. 13:14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen. [KJV] John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. [KJV]

Koran: Sura 2:284 says Allah is capricious (fickle, changeable). 2: 284. To Allah belongeth all that is in the heavens and on earth. Whether ye show what is in your minds or conceal it, Allah Calleth you to account for it. He forgiveth whom He pleaseth, and punisheth whom He pleaseth, for Allah hath power over all things.

Bible: The true God of the Bible is trustworthy and never changes. Malachi 3:6 For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed. [KJV] (Also see: Jam.1:17; Heb.13:8).

Koran: Sura 112:2-3 denies that Jesus was the Son of God. 112: 1. Say: He is Allah, the One and Only; 2. Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; 3. He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; 4. And there is none like unto Him.

Bible: The Bible states that God the Father declared Jesus as His Son. Matthew 3:17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. [KJV]
Matthew 17:5 While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him. [KJV] (Also see: Mark 1:11; Luke 3:22; 2 Peter 1:17). Jesus also said He was the Son of God. Matthew 16:17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. [KJV] (Also see: Mat.16:27; 18:10,19,35; John 6:32,65; 8:19,38; 10:29-30; 14:21; 15:8; 15: 23-24).

Koran: Sura 4:157 denies Jesus’ atoning Sacrifice by claiming He never died. 4:157. That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah.;- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:-

Bible: Jesus’ atoning Sacrifice very clear in the Bible. Divinely ordained. Luke 2:30-31; Gal.4:4-5; Ephes. 1:3-12,17-22; 2:4-10; Col. 1:19-20; 1 Peter 1:20; Rev. 13:8. Made only once. Heb.7:27; 9:24-28; 10:10; 10:12; 10:14; 1 Peter 3:18. Redemption by. Mat.20:28; Gal.3:13; 1 Tim. 2:6; Heb.9:12; Rev. 5:9.

Koran: Sura 4:171 says Jesus was simply an apostle of Allah. 4: 171. O People of the Book! Commit no excesses in your religion: Nor say of Allah aught but the truth. Christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) an apostle of Allah, and His Word, which He bestowed on Mary, and a spirit proceeding from Him: so believe in Allah and His apostles. Say not "Trinity" : desist: it will be better for you: for Allah is one Allah. Glory be to Him: (far exalted is He) above having a son. To Him belong all things in the heavens and on earth. And enough is Allah as a Disposer of affairs.

Bible: Jesus is equal with God (John 5:18), gives us eternal life (John 5:24), is the source of life (John 5:26), and will judge sin (John 5:27). Jesus was and IS God! (John 10:30).

Koran: says "If anyone transgresses . . . against you, transgress likewise against him. Sura 2:190-195 And fight in the way of Allah with those who fight with you, and do not exceed the limits, surely Allah does not love those who exceed the limits. [2.191] And kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out from whence they drove you out, and persecution is severer than slaughter, and do not fight with them at the Sacred Mosque until they fight with you in it, but if they do fight you, then slay them; such is the recompense of the unbelievers. [2.192] But if they desist, then surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. [2.193] And fight with them until there is no persecution, and religion should be only for Allah, but if they desist, then there should be no hostility except against the oppressors.
[2.194] The Sacred month for the sacred month and all sacred things are (under the law of) retaliation; whoever then acts aggressively against you, inflict injury on him according to the injury he has inflicted on you and be careful (of your duty) to Allah and know that Allah is with those who guard (against evil). [2.195] And spend in the way of Allah and cast not yourselves to perdition with your own hands, and do good (to others); surely Allah loves the doers of good.

Bible: The Bible says "Avenge not yourselves, . . . Vengeance is mine; I will repay " (Ps.94:1; Rom.12:19).

Koran: Islam is a religion of works. A person obtains favor with Allah by obedience to him, and performing the following:

#1 Reciting the creed that there is one god, Allah, and his prophet Muhammad.
#2 Praying 5 times a day toward Mecca.
#3 Giving alms to the poor.
#4 Fasting from sunrise to sunset one month a year, during the month of Ramadan.
#5 Making a pilgrimage to Mecca.

Bible: Christianity is a religion of faith. Ephes. 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9] Not of works, lest any man should boast. [KJV] Romans 3:28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. [KJV] 2 Tim. 1:9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, [KJV] Titus 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; [KJV]

Koran: Sura 3:157 says that another way to reach Paradise is to die fighting for Allah. Sura 3:157 And if ye are slain, or die, in the way of Allah, forgiveness and mercy from Allah are far better than all they could amass.

Bible: Christians can reach Heaven only by believing God and accepting Jesus by faith. John 6:28-29 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? [29] Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent. [KJV] Believing by faith, is the only work the God of the Bible demands.

Koran: Sura 11:114 teaches that good deeds cancel bad deeds. 11: 114. And establish regular prayers at the two ends of the day and at the approaches of the night: For those things, that are good remove those that are evil: Be that the word of remembrance to those who remember (their Lord):

Bible: The Bible teaches that sin is sin and nothing we can ever do will cancel it. Only belief in Christ Jesus will justify us in God’s eyes (Rom.5:1-10). Once we are born again into God’s family, we have the right to access the Throne of God, and confess our sins. God will then graciously forgive us when we repent (1 John 1:9)

Koran: Suras 52:17-24; 55:54-56; 78:32-34 states that the Islamic Paradise is a place of sensual pleasure consisting of gluttonous feasts and endless sexual orgies. 52: 17. As to the Righteous, they will be in Gardens, and in Happiness,- 18. Enjoying the (Bliss) which their Lord hath bestowed on them, and their Lord shall deliver them from the Penalty of the Fire. 19. (To them will be said:) "Eat and drink ye, with profit and health, because of your (good) deeds." 20. They will recline (with ease) on Thrones (of dignity) arranged in ranks; and We shall join them to Companions, with beautiful big and lustrous eyes. 21. And those who believe and whose families follow them in Faith,- to them shall We join their families: Nor shall We deprive them (of the fruit) of aught of their works: (Yet) is each individual in pledge for his deeds. 22. And We shall bestow on them, of fruit and meat, anything they shall desire. 23. They shall there exchange, one with another, a (loving) cup free of frivolity, free of all taint of ill. 24. Round about them will serve, (devoted) to them. Youths (handsome) as Pearls well-guarded. 55:54.They will recline on Carpets, whose inner linings will be of rich brocade: the Fruit of the Gardens will be near (and easy of reach). 55. Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 56. In them will be (Maidens), chaste, restraining their glances, whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;- 78:31. Verily for the Righteous there will be a fulfilment of (the heart's) desires; 33. Gardens enclosed, and grapevines; 33. Companions of equal age; 34. And a cup full (to the brim).

Bible: The Bible clearly states that NO sin of any kind will ever be in Heaven (Rev.21:8; 21:27; 22:14-15). It will be a blissful place where we will willingly and joyfully serve our precious Lord and God (Rev.22:3).

Bible: The Bible also teaches there will be no marriage in Heaven (Mat.22:30; Mk.12:25).

Koran: Sura 5:52 teaches intolerance (bigotry) for other religions. 5:52. O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjusst.

Bible: The Bible teaches we should not be a "respecter of persons" (Acts 10:34; Jam.2:1; Rom.2:11). Christians should not be racists or be prejudiced toward ANY person or group of persons.

Koran: Sura 5:33 commands extreme intolerance, violence. 5:33. On that account: We ordained for the Children of Israel that if any one slew a person - unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land - it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people. Then although there came to them Our apostles with clear signs, yet, even after that, many of them continued to commit excesses in the land. 34. The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: that is their disgrace in this world, and a heavy punishment is theirs in the Hereafter;

Bible: Nowhere in the Bible does the true God ever command such barbaric cruelty.

Koran: To be aggressive and warlike is commanded. Sura 2:216 Fighting is prescribed. 2: 161. Fighting is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not. Sura 9:5 Fight and slay the pagans wherever you find them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem of war. Sura 2:190-193 Fight the way of Allah . . . . 2: 190. Fight in the cause of Allah those who fight you, but do not transgress limits; for Allah loveth not transgressors. 191. And slay them wherever ye catch them, and turn them out from where they have Turned you out; for tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter; but fight them not at the Sacred Mosque, unless they (first) fight you there; but if they fight you, slay them. Such is the reward of those who suppress faith. 192.But if they cease, Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful. 193. And fight them on until there is no more Tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah. but if they cease, Let there be no hostility except to those who practise oppression.

Bible: The God of the Bible tells us we should live in love and peace (Ps.34:14; Rom.12:18; 14:19; 1 Cor.14:33; Heb.12:14; Jam.3:17).

The Koran (Quran) is full of contradictions, and simply CANNOT be from the TRUE GOD of the Bible!

For Muslims, the holy war (jihad) is a religious duty. The Muslim mission is to convert everyone to Islam . . . either by urging, or by force if the persuading does not work. Both the ordinary people and the supreme rulers are united in Islam. True Muslims must participate in the holy war or they are in disobedience to the Koran. How can such a "religion" be peace loving? Recently I have read of some heart wrenching atrocities: man's hand amputated, women in Sudan gang raped and breasts cut off, five church leaders killed because they refused to convert to Islam, people herded into a hut where they were asked to renounce Jesus. Anyone who refused, had a three inch nail driven in the top of their head. THIS is NOT done by a peace loving people!

Yet president Bush states: "Islam is a good and peace loving religion."

The BIBLE

John 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. [KJV] Our God does NOT tell us to behead anyone in this day of grace. John 1:17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. [KJV] Romans 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. [KJV] We are NOT to kill anyone, in any manner, who will not go over to our way of thinking (our religion). God will take vengeance on all who refuse to believe and accept Jesus, His only begotten Son at the Judgment.

The awesome triune God of the Bible wants men to know Him. Jeremiah 9:24 But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord. [KJV]

This knowledge is essential to salvation. John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. [KJV]

Jews are God’s chosen people. Ex.6:7 And I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God: and ye shall know that I am the Lord your God, which bringeth you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. [KJV]

Leviticus 20:26 And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the Lord am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine. [KJV]

1 Chron. 16:13 O ye seed of Israel his servant, ye children of Jacob, his chosen ones. [KJV]

Born again Christians are God's dearly loved children. John 1:12-13 But as many as received him, to them gave he (JESUS) power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: [13] Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. [KJV]

Rom.8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: [KJV]

Rom.8:21 Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. [KJV]

Gal.3:26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. [KJV]

Ephes. 1:5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, [KJV]

Ephes. 5:1 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; [KJV]

Let us never attempt conversion by force, but instead obey our Lord. Matthew 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; (KJV)
