NO RELIGION = ATHEISM

A recent global survey conducted by National Geographic shows that the world’s fastest growing religion is “No Religion” . . . usually referred to as Atheism. Backed by this survey, it is not only is it the world’s fastest growing religion, it is now the second largest religious organization in North America, and is the major religion in Europe. In the America alone, about 23% of the population now is Atheist. This is up almost 7% as recently from 2007. And in addition, Atheism now represents a greater part of the U.S. population than Catholics, Protestants, and the followers of all non-Christian religions. Sad to say, this also shows that the present millennial generation is the largest group of unified non-religious people on Earth.

While most Atheists will ridicule this statement, it is interesting to consider that along with the growth of Atheism . . . there is a huge increase in homelessness.

Also with the growth of Atheism comes a great increase of drug addiction.

And too, with the growth of Atheism comes much lower education levels in the population.

With the growth of Atheism, there has also been a greater unhappiness and lack of peace.

All of these damaging and undesirable principles have been documented, and I believe are the direct result of the moral beliefs that accompany atheistic beliefs.

There is still another extreme and haunting issue to consider . . . that has truly become a big-time, major concern in America, that being the ever-increasing attacks on traditional religious beliefs and Christian morality. Every day we see offensive and repulsive media reports stating serious hostility to people who hold fast to Biblical and good honest beliefs. This is especially so in colleges and universities that simply allow these attacks on those of us who believe God and His Holy Word! It is a shame that the society at large [both social and legal], seems willing to pressure us Christians to support MANY, various forms of immorality.

And too, we also see a huge increase in the number of people who support Socialism and Communism because it seems that so many in our government wants this. Instead of seeking to provide the best and utmost opportunity for people, this economic approach, based on an atheistic worldview, puts an importance on the collective. In the Socialist system, those who hold various positions of power simply determine HOW all resources are allocated throughout society. The TRUTH to be known, this not only removes our individual liberty, but increases the poverty rate . . . the exact OPPOSITE of their stated goals.

Is the increase in the number of Atheists responsible for all of this? Again, the majority of Atheists will criticize this portrayal of them, but the honest and right basis for Atheism really does lead exactly to this result.

Explaining Atheism

Atheism is a naturalistic belief system. It begins with the idea that the natural Universe is all that exists, and that there is no such thing as a superior reality . . . so, there is no God. As relating to humans, Atheists believe that man is a naturally evolved animal that has developed the largest and most complex brain of all animals.

In Atheism, moral standards is a human idea, as there is no unbiased foundation for making decent claims . . . simply meaning, morality is just what those in power want it to be . . . and the means for achieving people’s desired outcomes is based on an “ends justify the means” philosophy. The phrase the ends justify the means . . . means it’s okay to do something wrong if the end result is good.

Consider the following, that I copied from:
https://bolenreport.com/saul-alinskys-12-rules-radicals/

Perhaps you are familiar with Saul Alinsky. He is considered the Father of Community Organizing, and wrote the book (literally – Rules for Radicals) on how to overcome the obstacles that Social Justice Warriors encounter as they try to radically change society by wealth redistribution and by changing society’s power structure. Alinsky actually dedicated his book to Satan, and his entire approach is based on an “ends justifies the means” mentality. He believed that those who consider themselves “the oppressed” can do anything they want as they seek to “right the wrongs of society” – and whatever tactics they decide upon are moral. This could include destroying businesses, attacking innocent people, infiltrating and disrupting events, harassing customers and clients of businesses, and anything else.

Be aware that most proponents, and users, of these liberal tactics hide behind fake identities for GOOD reason.

Here is the complete list from Alinsky.
RULE 1: “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.”

Power is derived from 2 main sources – money and people. “Have-Nots” must build power from flesh and blood. (These are two things of which there is a plentiful supply. Government and corporations always have a difficult time appealing to people, and usually do so almost exclusively with economic arguments.)

RULE 2: “Never go outside the expertise of your people.”

It results in confusion, fear and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone. (Organizations under attack wonder why radicals don’t address the “real” issues. This is why. They avoid things with which they have no knowledge.)

RULE 3: “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.”

Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty. (This happens all the time. Watch how many organizations under attack are blind-sided by seemingly irrelevant arguments that they are then forced to address.)

RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.”

If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious rule. The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.)

RULE 5: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.”

There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions. (Pretty crude, rude and mean, huh? They want to create anger and fear.)

RULE 6: “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.”

They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones. (Radical activists, in this sense, are no different than any other human being. We all avoid “un-fun” activities, and but we revel at and enjoy the ones that work and bring results.)

RULE 7: “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.”

Don’t become old news. (Even radical activists get bored. So to keep them excited and involved, organizers are constantly coming up with new tactics.)

RULE 8: “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.”

Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new. (Attack, attack, attack from all sides, never giving the reeling organization a chance to rest, regroup, recover and re-strategize.)

RULE 9: “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.”

Imagination and ego can dream up many more consequences than any activist. (Perception is reality. Large organizations always prepare a worst-case scenario, something that may be furthest from the activists’ minds. The upshot is that the organization will expend enormous time and energy, creating in its own collective mind the direst of conclusions. The possibilities can easily poison the mind and result in demoralization.)

RULE 10: “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.”

Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog. (Unions used this tactic. Peaceful [albeit loud] demonstrations during the heyday of unions in the early to mid-20th Century incurred management’s wrath, often in the form of violence that eventually brought public sympathy to their side.)

RULE 11: “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.”

Never let the enemy score points because you’re caught without a solution to the problem. (Old saw: If you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the problem. Activist organizations have an agenda, and their strategy is to hold a place at the table, to be given a forum to wield their power. So, they have to have a compromise solution.)

RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.”

Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)

What is REALLY interesting is that Saul Alinsky died in 1972, almost 50 years ago…
So, these political tactics are, at a minimum, fifty years old.  They were designed to deal with a political situation in existence during the 1950s, 1960s, and early 1970s – a world totally different from today.  Yet, many activist groups laud these tactics without realizing their in-appropriateness in the 2020 world.

What Alinsky, and his followers, failed to comprehend is that they created a whole generation of people who cannot see beyond screaming criticism and offer any modern day solutions to social problems beyond a social shift to the hungry and dreary world of socialism/communism – something they definitely do not actually want to happen.

The counter reaction to this situation has been the rise of the humongous populist movement that elected Donald Trump.  This group doesn’t put up with Alinsky-like nonsense.  They outnumber the Alinski-ites 100,000 to 1.

Explanation of the Christian Faith

Christian Theism is just the opposite of Atheism. Christians believe that a Superior Reality DOES exist, and that the God of the Bible is the only TRUE God. They also believe that man was created by God, in his image, but has fallen and is separated from Him. Since our good, loving God does not wanting that separation between us, He has in His wisdom, provided a Way [Jesus] to fix the resulting penalty of the Fall. This was done by the atoning sacrificial death of Christ on the cross. ALL those who turn from their sin [repent], and receive Christ into their hearts and lives are forgiven of their sin, and enter an eternal fellowship with God the Father. Christians are called by God to be salt and light in the world. That specifically means we, as Christians [God’s children], are to bring the love of Christ to a world that is lost and separated from Him.

TRUE Christians Must Fight
Against the Falsehoods of Atheism

Just as Atheists try to promote their atheistic beliefs by using strategies to accomplish their goals, so too Christians must also use tactics to fulfill the Work of Christ . . . BUT . . .  Christian tactics are totally different than Atheists.

TRUE Christian religion is firmly built on FAITH that God actually does exist as an Actual Person, and that the Teachings in the Bible [God’s Holy Word], have been revealed by God to mankind. The reason for the Bible is that our awesome God wants to share His heart and Mind with us, so that we may learn how to know to better know God, and how we can live as He wants us to live. God’s honesty expressed in His Book, is always fair and unbiased Truth.

TRUE Christian tactics for changing the world are very different from the tactics supported by people like Alinsky. Christian tactics, are based on TRUTH. In fact, the only way to legitimately beat those who believe in relativism is to force the hesitators to look truth in the face.

TRUE Christians must grab and hold fast. We must learn how to state the Truth in the direct face of falsehood. This is not a physical exercise . . . it is a spiritual effort. So, what are believers to learn? We must master the knowledge that help us expose the lies of false belief systems. This knowledge is extremely different for each worldview system, because each system has its own exceptional way of understanding what is real and what is fantasy. We must learn how to transfer actual truth to people who believe that our message is a fantasy. If we don’t learn how to communicate across worldview barriers this way, our message will not be understood. How do we start? Ask God to help, ask Him to give you wisdom and words!
Pro. 9:9-10 Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he will increase in learning. 10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. (KJV)

So many Christians simply are not willing to make the effort to learn these things because they think it is not necessary. They are satisfied to continue using the mindset that existed when America was consistent and we did not have to consider the variety of worldview beliefs that are now SO prominent in our country and the world. We simply must reach out and expose those falsehoods if we are serious about sharing the Gospel of Christ in our current environment.

Many people think Atheism is a “lack of religion.” It is not! It legitimately is a religious system that sees the material universe as reality, and God as a fantasy. When sharing Christ with Atheists, we are NOT trying to convince non-religious people to accept our religion. We are trying to help them to see the emptiness of their current faith, and sharing with them Christ, for He is the ONLY Answer to their emptiness. But to do it, we must be sincere, for it will demand our being willing to learn a new example for sharing our faith. To continue on the old traditional path as before, will not work anymore.
