HIS SERVANTS' MINISTRY

Welcome to our website

Israel

I think that hatred of the Jews is absolutely wrong!

Genesis 12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. [KJV]

God CHOSE the nation of Israel, who are we to hate and/or curse them? Can we go up against God in ANY matter? We are to love them because God loves them. Jesus was a Jew!

Israel’s SIX Day War

Jeremiah 31:37 Thus saith the LORD; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the LORD. (KJV)
Jeremiah 33:24-26 Considerest thou not what this people have spoken, saying, The two families which the LORD hath chosen, he hath even cast them off? thus they have despised my people, that they should be no more a nation before them. 25  Thus saith the LORD; If my covenant be not with day and night, and if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth; 26  Then will I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David my servant, so that I will not take any of his seed to be rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them. (KJV)
Jeremiah 46:28 Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the LORD: for I am with thee; for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished. (KJV)
Romans 11:26-29 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: 27  For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins. 28  As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes. 29  For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. (KJV)  . . . Some say “All Israel will be saved” means that the majority of Jews in the last generation before Christ’s return will turn to Christ for salvation, while others say that “all Israel” means Israel as a whole will have a role in Christ’s kingdom. Their identity as a people will not be discarded. God chose the nation of Israel, and He has never rejected it.
Paul does NOT mean that every Jew will be saved. In Elijah’s day only a remnant was saved; in David’s day only a remnant was saved; in Paul’s day only a remnant was saved; in today’s time only a remnant is saved and in the Great Tribulation there will be just a remnant saved. ALL of the remnant will be saved. Isaiah 59:20 And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the Lord. [KJV] . . . The Lord says to His people, “I will come to Jerusalem to defend you and to save all of you that turn from your sins.” This message is to every individual in the nation Israel! They must “turn from their transgression” and TO the Redeemer (the Messiah, the Christ). It is exactly the same way we Gentiles receive salvation. There is but ONE God. There is NOT one God for the Jews and another for the Gentiles. We ALL have the same God!
Because the Jews reject the Good News, they are God’s enemies for the sake of us Gentiles. But because of God’s choice (election), they are His friends because of their ancestors. God never changes His mind about whom He chooses and blesses. The privileges and invitation of God given to Israel can NEVER be withdrawn.
Remnant: (Isa.1:9; 10:20-22; 11:10-12,16; 46:3; Jer.23:3; 31:7; 39:9; 40:11; Eze.6:8-10; Joel 2:32; Mic.2:12; 5:3-8; Zep.2:7-9; Zec.8:6-12; Rom.9:29; 11:5; Rev.12:17).

On May 28, 1967, the United Arab Republic planned to destroy Israel. When the war broke out on June 5, the United Arab Republic as joined by Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Algeria, Sudan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Morocco. The attempt to drive Israel into the sea, did NOT succeed. Israel was the undisputed victor!

Now . . . a question??? Do you think that tiny Israel did this all on her own? I certainly do NOT think so! I know for a fact that she did NOT! She had divine assistance!

Jeremiah 30:16-17 Therefore all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thine adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil thee shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey. 17 For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after. (KJV)
I believe that the Presence of God was with Israel during that time, just as I believe that NO nation will ever destroy Israel!

And I also believe that there shall be further fulfillment of Israel’s claim to the land when it is permanently settled by the Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ to reign as King!

God's chosen people.

Exodus 6:7 And I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God: and ye shall know that I am the Lord your God, which bringeth you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. [KJV]

Numbers 23:9 For from the top of the rocks I see him, and from the hills I behold him: lo, the people shall dwell alone, and shall not be reckoned among the nations. [KJV]

Deut. 4:37 And because he loved thy fathers, therefore he chose their seed after them, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power out of Egypt; [KJV]

2 Samuel 7:23 And what one nation in the earth is like thy people, even like Israel, whom God went to redeem for a people to himself, and to make him a name, and to do for you great things and terrible, for thy land, before thy people, which thou redeemedst to thee from Egypt, from the nations and their gods? [KJV]

Isaiah 43:1 But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. [KJV]

Isaiah 45:4 For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me. [KJV]

A Peculiar Treasure

Exodus 19:5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:[KJV]

Psalm 135:4 For the Lord hath chosen Jacob unto himself, and Israel for his peculiar treasure. [KJV]

Chosen by the Lord God

Deut. 7:6-7 For thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God: the Lord thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth. [7] The Lord did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people: [KJV]

Deut. 14:2 for thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God, and the Lord hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth. [KJV]

Exalted Above ALL Nations

Deut. 26:19 And to make thee high above all nations which he hath made, in praise, and in name, and in honour; and that thou mayest be an holy people unto the Lord thy God, as he hath spoken. [KJV]

Deut. 28:1 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: [KJV] IF Israel would obey the Lord God, consider just what she would be, what she could be!

Deut. 28:13 And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them: [KJV]

1 Samuel 12:22 For the Lord will not forsake his people for his great name's sake: because it hath pleased the Lord to make you his people. [KJV]

Psalm 29:11 The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace. [KJV]

Guided like a Flock

Psalm 78:52 But made his own people to go forth like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock. [KJV]

Psalm 100:3 Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. [KJV]

The Apple of His Eye

Deut. 32:10 He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye. [KJV]

Zech. 2:8 For thus saith the Lord of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye. [KJV] Anyone who messes with Israel, is in trouble with God.

As you see, Israel was uniquely chosen by God. BUT . . . when she sinned, when she turned away from God, she was judged for her sin. God hates sin . . . no matter who it is that sins!

Israel, Divine Favor Lost

Isaiah 16:10 And gladness is taken away, and joy out of the plentiful field; and in the vineyards there shall be no singing, neither shall there be shouting: the treaders shall tread out no wine in their presses; I have made their vintage shouting to cease. (KJV)

The treading of grapes (squeezing the juice from grapes by mashing them with bare feet to make wine) was the climax of the harvest season, and was a time of great joy. But the joy of harvest would soon be ended because the people in their pride ignored God and rebelled against Him.

Isaiah 23:12 And he said, Thou shalt no more rejoice, O thou oppressed virgin, daughter of Zidon: arise, pass over to Chittim; there also shalt thou have no rest. (KJV) No more joy, no more rest because of their sin. What about our sin? Could we not have more joy, more rest?

Isaiah 24:11 There is a crying for wine in the streets; all joy is darkened, the mirth of the land is gone. (KJV)

Chapters 24-27 of Isaiah are often called “Isaiah’s Apocalypse.” It tells of God’s judgment on the entire world for its sin. Isaiah’s prophecies were first directed to Judah, then to Israel, then to the surrounding nations, and finally to the whole world. These chapters describe the last days when God will judge the whole world. At that time He will ultimately and permanently remove ALL evil. Are you ready for this to happen?

Isaiah 29:1-8 Woe to Ariel, to Ariel, the city where David dwelt! add ye year to year; let them kill sacrifices. [2] Yet I will distress Ariel, and there shall be heaviness and sorrow: and it shall be unto me as Ariel. [3] And I will camp against thee round about, and will lay siege against thee with a mount, and I will raise forts against thee. [4] And thou shalt be brought down, and shalt speak out of the ground, and thy speech shall be low out of the dust, and thy voice shall be, as of one that hath a familiar spirit, out of the ground, and thy speech shall whisper out of the dust. [5] Moreover the multitude of thy strangers shall be like small dust, and the multitude of the terrible ones shall be as chaff that passeth away: yea, it shall be at an instant suddenly. [6] Thou shalt be visited of the Lord of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire. [7] And the multitude of all the nations that fight against Ariel, even all that fight against her and her munition, and that distress her, shall be as a dream of a night vision. [8] It shall even be as when an hungry man dreameth, and, behold, he eateth; but he awaketh, and his soul is empty: or as when a thirsty man dreameth, and, behold, he drinketh; but he awaketh, and, behold, he is faint, and his soul hath appetite: so shall the multitude of all the nations be, that fight against mount Zion. (KJV)

Ariel is a symbolical name for Jerusalem, also the name of an Israelite. God is saying that He is not happy with outward religious services. Rituals, rites, sacrifices etc. will NOT make people free from judgments. Hypocrites never can please God, nor ever make peace with Him. God wants true, sincere, heart-felt worship (John 4: 23-24). God had encamped around Jerusalem for their protection and deliverance; but now their sin brings about His wrath. Pride shall one day be brought down by His humbling providences. Unrepentant sinners will one day wake up - - - in the agony of Hell. Please consider that there most certainly is a God, and He is not only a God of love, but also a God of wrath and judgment - - - and that there is indeed a Hell.

Isaiah 32:9-13 Rise up, ye women that are at ease; hear my voice, ye careless daughters; give ear unto my speech. [10] Many days and years shall ye be troubled, ye careless women: for the vintage shall fail, the gathering shall not come. [11] Tremble, ye women that are at ease; be troubled, ye careless ones: strip you, and make you bare, and gird sackcloth upon your loins. [12] They shall lament for the teats, for the pleasant fields, for the fruitful vine. [13] Upon the land of my people shall come up thorns and briers; yea, upon all the houses of joy in the joyous city: (KJV)

Israel had turned their backs on God and concentrated on their own pleasures. This warning was NOT just to the women of Jerusalem (see: Isaiah 3:16-4:1), but to women AND men who sit back in their thoughtless complacency and indifference, enjoying crops, clothes, land, and cities while an enemy approaches. Wealth and luxury always bring false security. It lulls us into thinking all is well - - - when disaster is right around the corner. Any time that we today, abandon God’s purpose and will for our lives, we also abandon His help.

Jeremiah 7:34 Then will I cause to cease from the cities of Judah, and from the streets of Jerusalem, the voice of mirth, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride: for the land shall be desolate. (KJV)

This refers to the joyous songs and music with which the bride and bridegroom were escorted in the procession to the home of the bridegroom from that of the bride. This is a custom still common in the East (Jer.16:9; 25:10; Lam. 5:15; Isa.24:7-8; Rev. 18:23). It is our heart in which God has chosen to put His Name. But if Satan and sin has the primary place there, we pollute the temple of the Lord (1 Cor. 3:16; 6:13, 19; 2 Cor. 6:16). Evil pursues sinners. How many people ruin both body and soul without complaining, while busy in Satan’s service?

Jeremiah 48:33 And joy and gladness is taken from the plentiful field, and from the land of Moab; and I have caused wine to fail from the winepresses: none shall tread with shouting; their shouting shall be no shouting. (KJV)

Happiness and joy have been taken away from the fertile land of Moab. God made the wine stop flowing from the wine presses; there is no one to make the wine and shout for joy. Joy is taken away - - - because of sin. Shouting is repeated; as at the conclusion of the harvest, men sing over and over again the same cry of joy. Here - - - a shouting shall be heard, not the joyous shouting of laborers treading the grapes, but the terrible battle cry of the foe. The results of sin can be devastating.

Ezekiel 7:16-22 But they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity. [17] All hands shall be feeble, and all knees shall be weak as water. [18] They shall also gird themselves with sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and baldness upon all their heads. [19] They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the Lord: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity. [20] As for the beauty of his ornament, he set it in majesty: but they made the images of their abominations and of their detestable things therein: therefore have I set it far from them. [21] And I will give it into the hands of the strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall pollute it. [22] My face will I turn also from them, and they shall pollute my secret place: for the robbers shall enter into it, and defile it. (KJV)

Sin will always cause sorrow in some way, if not today, then tomorrow or next week. Those who will not repent of their sin, will justly reap its diasterous and horrific results. There are many whose wealth is their snare and ruin; and by gaining the world, they will lose their souls. Riches will profit you nothing in the day of wrath. The wealth of this world is good only for the here and now. It has nothing to do with the desires of the soul, or will it be of any satisfaction to you onJudgment Day. (Mat.6:19-21).
