HIS SERVANTS' MINISTRY

www.worldlychaos.org

Welcome to our website

What Is God's Ultimate Purpose?

Does our Creator God, have an eventual purpose? Do we have a role in this ultimate purpose? I believe that the answer to both questions is a definite YES! And maybe one verse that is not always memorized by Christians could give the answer. Romans 9:23-24 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory, 24 Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles? (KJV)

For we read in (Romans 9:23): “and that He might make known  the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had  prepared beforehand for glory.”
Consider this regarding (Romans 9:23): “IF you are a Christian and IF you confess that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead . . . you are a vessel of mercy prepared BEFORE the foundation of the world (Eph.1:4)

Have you ever thought about yourself as the object of God’s ultimate purpose and that as a Christian you are a vessel of mercy! Dear one, our salvation is all about God looking down the corridor of time and choosing to bestow His awesome mercy on us. We are NOT saved by our good works but only through God choosing us to be a vessel of His mercy. We do NOT deserve God's grace and love, but as Christians (God's children), we have it!

We do NOT deserve to be chosen or called or saved or predestined to be Heaven-bound. All of this comes from the Father's lovingkindness and mercy. All of this undeserved on our part! May we as sinners, humble ourselves and understand just how GOOD our awesome Triune God is! As 'believers' this should be humbling and extremely hopeful! NOT one thing, NOTHING in us was or is the key for God to make it happen. That we receive anything good; any forgiveness, any fellowship with God, any tiny glimpse of His glory, any hope of everlasting joy . . . ALL of this is simply because of the compassionate mercy of our Awesome God.

Dear one, God created us to not just to KNOW Jesus as our Saviour and Lord, but also to KNOW the splendor of God; which He prepared for us to experience before the Creation of the Universe!

As a vessel of mercy, God has given all Christians the ability to experience the incredible blessings of knowing the riches of His glory, now and for eternity! So, God’s ultimate purpose was/is to create humanity so He can show His glory to His precious children. God created usso we could KNOW His glory. While we remain in these frail bodies we will never be able to completely KNOW the entirity of His glory but IF we pursue His glory with great passion . . . I truly believe we will always stand in awe at just how glorious and wonderful Jesus is. We not only are created in the image of God but we are created to know, treasure and enjoy His glory!

#1. Have you ever considered the beauty of Creation? This is but a tiny glimpse of God's glory. Psalm 19:1-3 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. 2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. 3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. (KJV)

#2. Have you ever read the Scriptures and then realized that you just had God talk to you?

#3. Have you ever considered just WHO you are in Christ Jesus? Deut. 7:6  For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth. (KJV)

#4. Have you ever allowed God’s unlimited glory penetrate your heart? God has chosen Israel, and some Gentiles, out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be His people, His treasured possession. Dear one, the Awesome Creator of the Universe calls Israel and believers “His treasured possession!”

God loves us so much that He delights to make known to us the riches of His glory. As you look at the world around you, I hope that you SEE the beauty it contains. And I hope that you SEE and appreciate the fellowship you have with Christ Jesus, our Saviour and LORD . . . and KNOW that our inheritance in Him (1 Pet.1:4), is SO much greater than all the riches our planet contains.

Each and every one of us shall encounter trials and tribulations in this brief life on Earth, but if we consider these hardships, it can lead us to glimpses of glory that cannot be measured. 2 Cor. 4:17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; (KJV) . . . For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory . . . the small, temporary trouble we suffer will bring us a tremendous and eternal glory, much greater than any trouble we may experience. Our troubles should NEVER lessen our faith or dishearten us. We must understand that there is a purpose in our suffering.

Problems and human limits do have several benefits: #1. They remind that Jesus suffered for us; #2. They keep us away from pride; #3. They cause us to look beyond this brief life to something wonderful that is coming; #4. They give us time to prove our faith to others; and #5. They give God the occasion to demonstrate His power.
We should always look at our troubles as opportunities!

IF we pursue God's Glory with great passion, we will always stand in awe at just how glorious and wonderful Jesus really is.
