Muhammad Got the Bible All Wrong
Many mistakes are made in the Quran. Many of the stories in the Quran came from the Jewish Talmud, the Midrash, Jewish extra-biblical literature and many apocryphal works.
Christians worship three gods: the Father, the Mother (Mary) and the Son (Jesus).
Sura [5.73] Certainly they disbelieve who say: Surely Allah is the third (person) of the three; and there is no god but the one God, and if they desist not from what they say, a painful chastisement shall befall those among them who disbelieve. [5.74] Will they not then turn to Allah and ask His forgiveness? And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. [5.75] The Messiah, son of Marium is but an apostle; apostles before him have indeed passed away; and his mother was a truthful woman; they both used to eat food. See how We make the communications clear to them, then behold, how they are turned away.
Sura [5.110] When Allah will say: O Isa son of Marium! Remember My favor on you and on your mother, when I strengthened you I with the holy Spirit, you spoke to the people in the cradle and I when of old age, and when I taught you the Book and the wisdom and the Taurat and the Injeel; and when you determined out of clay a thing like the form of a bird by My permission, then you breathed into it and it became a bird by My permission, and you healed the blind and the leprous by My permission; and when you brought forth the dead by My permission; and when I withheld the children of Israel from you when you came to them with clear arguments, but those who disbelieved among them said: This is nothing but clear enchantment.
Sura [5.116] And when Allah will say: O Isa son of Marium! did you say to men, Take me and my mother for two gods besides Allah he will say: Glory be to Thee, it did not befit me that I should say what I had no right to (say); if I had said it, Thou wouldst indeed have known it; Thou knowest what is in my mind, and I do not know what is in Thy mind, surely Thou art the great Knower of the unseen things.
Muslims say Christians blaspheme when they say that God is a Trinity.
Consider the following:
*****#1. Christians bowed in prayer towards Jerusalem (Dan.6:10), so the Muslims imitate this. Sura [2.149] And from whatsoever place you come forth, turn your face towards the Sacred Mosque; and surely it is the very truth from your Lord, and Allah is not at all heedless of what you do. [2.150] And from whatsoever place you come forth, turn your face towards the Sacred Mosque; and wherever you are turn your faces towards it, so that people shall have no accusation against you, except such of them as are unjust; so do not fear them, and fear Me, that I may complete My favor on you and that you may walk on the right course.
*****#2. It took eight days to create the earth. Sura [41.9] Say: What! do you indeed disbelieve in Him Who created the earth in two periods, and do you set up equals with Him? That is the Lord of the Worlds. [41.10] And He made in it mountains above its surface, and He blessed therein and made therein its foods, in four periods: alike for the seekers. [41.11] Then He directed Himself to the heaven and it is a vapor, so He said to it and to the earth: Come both, willingly or unwillingly. They both said: We come willingly. [41.12] So He ordained them seven heavens in two periods, and revealed in every heaven its affair; and We adorned the lower heaven with brilliant stars and (made it) to guard; that is the decree of the Mighty, the Knowing.
Another Sura say six days: Sura [10.3] Surely your Lord is Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth in six periods, and He is firm in power, regulating the affair, there is no intercessor except aher His permission; this is Allah, your Lord, therefore serve Him; will you not then mind? . . . The Bible says six days (Gen.1:31).
*****#3. One of the sons of Noah refused to go into the ark and was drowned in the flood. Sura [11.32] They said: O Nuh! indeed you have disputed with us and lengthened dispute with us, therefore bring to us what you threaten us with, if you are of the truthful ones. [11.33] He said: Allah only will bring it to you if He please, and you will not escape: [11.34] And if I intend to give you good advice, my advice will not profit you if Allah intended that He should leave you to go astray; He is your Lord, and to Him shall you be returned. [11.35] Or do they say: He has forged it? Say: If I have forged it, on me is my guilt, and I am clear of that of which you are guilty. [11.36] And it was revealed to Nuh: That none of your people will believe except those who have already believed, therefore do not grieve at what they do: [11.37] And make the ark before Our eyes and (according to) Our revelation, and do not speak to Me in respect of those who are unjust; surely they shall be drowned. [11.38] And he began to make the ark; and whenever the chiefs from among his people passed by him they laughed at him. He said: If you laugh at us, surely we too laugh at you as you laugh (at us). [11.39] So shall you know who it is on whom will come a chastisement which will disgrace him, and on whom will lasting chastisement come down. [11.40] Until when Our command came and water came forth from the valley, We said: Carry in it two of all things, a pair, and your own family-- except those against whom the word has already gone forth, and those who believe. And there believed not with him but a few. [11.41] And he said: Embark in it, in the name of Allah be its sailing and its anchoring; most surely my Lord is Forgiving, Merciful. [11.42] And it moved on with them amid waves like mountains; and Nuh called out to his son, and he was aloof: O my son! embark with us and be not with the unbelievers. [11.43] He said: I will betake myself for refuge to a mountain that shall protect me from the water. Nuh said: There is no protector today from Allah's punishment but He Who has mercy; and a wave intervened between them, so he was of the drowned. [11.44] And it was said: O earth, swallow down your water, and O cloud, clear away; and the water was made to abate and the affair was decided, and the ark rested on the Judi, and it was said: Away with the unjust people. [11.45] And Nuh cried out to his Lord and said: My Lord! surely my son is of my family, and Thy promise is surely true, and Thou art the most just of the judges. [11.46] He said: O Nuh! surely he is not of your family; surely he is (the doer of) other than good deeds, therefore ask not of Me that of which you have no knowledge; surely I admonish you lest you may be of the ignorant [11.47] He said: My Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from asking Thee that of which I have no knowledge; and if Thou shouldst not forgive me and have mercy on me, I should be of the losers. [11.48] It was said: O Nuh! descend with peace from Us and blessings on you and on the people from among those who are with you, and there shall be nations whom We will afford provisions, then a painful punishment from Us shall afflict them. . . . The Bible says all three sons went into the ark (Gen. 7:7, 13).
*****#4. The ark came to rest on Mount Judi. Sura [11.44] And it was said: O earth, swallow down your water, and O cloud, clear away; and the water was made to abate and the affair was decided, and the ark rested on the Judi, and it was said: Away with the unjust people. . . . The Bible says the ark came to rest on Mount Ararat (Gen.8:4).
*****#5. Abraham father's name was Azar. Sura [6.74] And when Ibrahim said to his sire, Azar: Do you take idols for gods? Surely I see you and your people in manifest error. . . . The Bible says Abraham father's name was Terah (Gen.11:26, 31).
*****#6. Abraham lived in the valley of Mecca. Sura [14.37] O our Lord! surely I have settled a part of my offspring in a valley unproductive of fruit near Thy Sacred House, our Lord! that they may keep up prayer; therefore make the hearts of some people yearn towards them and provide them with fruits; haply they may be grateful: . . . The Bible says Abraham lived in Hebron (Gen.13:18; 23:2, 19).
*****#7. Abraham went to sacrifice Ishmael. Sura [37.100] My Lord! grant me of the doers of good deeds. [37.101] So We gave him the good news of a boy, possessing forbearance. [37.102] And when he attained to working with him, he said: O my son! surely I have seen in a dream that I should sacrifice you; consider then what you see. He said: O my father! do what you are commanded; if Allah please, you will find me of the patient ones. [37.103] So when they both submitted and he threw him down upon his forehead, [37.104] And We called out to him saying: O Ibrahim! [37.105] You have indeed shown the truth of the vision; surely thus do We reward the doers of good: [37.106] Most surely this is a manifest trial. [37.107] And We ransomed him with a Feat sacrifice. [37.108] And We perpetuated (praise) to him among the later generations. [37.109] Peace be on Ibrahim. [37.110] Thus do We reward the doers of good.
[37.111] Surely he was one of Our believing servants. [37.112] And We gave him the good news of Ishaq, a prophet among the good ones. . . . The Bible says Abraham went to sacrifice Isaac (Gen.22:1-19).
*****#8. Abraham built the Kabah. Sura [2.125] And when We made the House a pilgrimage for men and a (place of) security, and: Appoint for yourselves a place of prayer on the standing-place of Ibrahim. And We enjoined Ibrahim and Ismail saying: Purify My House for those who visit (it) and those who abide (in it) for devotion and those who bow down (and) those who prostrate themselves. [2.126] And when Ibrahim said: My Lord, make it a secure town and provide its people with fruits, such of them as believe in Allah and the last day. He said: And whoever disbelieves, I will grant him enjoyment for a short while, then I will drive him to the chastisement of the fire; and it is an evil destination. [2.127] And when Ibrahim and Ismail raised the foundations of the House: Our Lord! accept from us; surely Thou art the Hearing, the Knowing: . . . The Bible does NOT say this anywhere.
*****#9. Abraham was thrown into a fire by Nimrod. The tale of Abraham being delivered from Nimrod's fire came from the Jewish Midrash Rabbah and was incorporated into the Quran. Sura [21.51] And certainly We gave to Ibrahim his rectitude before, and We knew him fully well. [21.52] When he said to his father and his people: What are these images to whose worship you cleave?[21.53] They said: We found our fathers worshipping them. [21.54] He said: Certainly you have been, (both) you and your fathers, in manifest error. [21.55] They said: Have you brought to us the truth, or are you one of the triflers? [21.56] He said: Nay! your Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, Who brought them into existence, and I am of those who bear witness to this: [21.57] And, by Allah! I will certainly do something against your idols after you go away, turning back. [21.58] So he broke them into pieces, except the chief of them, that haply they may return to it. [21.59] They said: Who has done this to our gods? Most surely he is one of the unjust. [21.60] They said: We heard a youth called Ibrahim speak of them.
[21.61] Said they: Then bring him before the eyes of the people, perhaps they may bear witness.
[21.62] They said: Have you done this to our gods, O Ibrahim? [21.63] He said: Surely (some doer) has done it; the chief of them is this, therefore ask them, if they can speak. [21.64] Then they turned to themselves and said: Surely you yourselves are the unjust; [21.65] Then they were made to hang down their heads: Certainly you know that they do not speak. [21.66] He said:.What! do you then serve besides Allah what brings you not any benefit at all, nor does it harm you? [21.67] Fie on you and on what you serve besides Allah; what! do you not then understand? [21.68] They said: Burn him and help your gods, if you are going to do (anything).
[21.69] We said: O fire! be a comfort and peace to Ibrahim; [21.70] And they desired a war on him, but We made them the greatest losers. [21.71] And We delivered him as well as Lut (removing them) to the land which We had blessed for all people. Sura [37.97] They said: Build for him a furnace, then cast him into the burning fire. [37.98] And they desired a war against him, but We brought them low. . . . Nimrod and Abraham did NOT live at the same time. Muhammad was always mixing people together in the Quran who did not live at the same time. The Bible tells us Nimrod lived many centuries BEFORE Abraham . . . so he could NOT have done this.
*****#10. All through the Quran has mistakes . . . Nimrod and Abraham, Haman and Moses, Mary and Aaron, etc. were all pictured as living and working together. Moses and the flood are also found together, as is the tower of Babel and Pharaoh, etc. like they all happened at the same time. Sura [10.73] But they rejected him, so We delivered him and those with him in the ark, and We made them rulers and drowned those who rejected Our communications; see then what was the end of the (people) warned. [10.74] Then did We raise up after him apostles to their people, so they came to them with clear arguments, but they would not believe in what they had rejected before; thus it is that We set seals upon the hearts of those who exceed the limits. [10.75] Then did We send up after them Musa and Haroun to Firon and his chiefs with Our signs, but they showed pride and they were a guilty people. [10.76] So when the truth came to them from Us they said: This is most surely clear enchantment! [10.77] Musa said: Do you say (this) of the truth when it has come to you? Is it magic? And the magicians are not successful.
Sura [29.14] And certainly We sent Nuh to his people, so he remained among them a thousand years save fifty years. And the deluge overtook them, while they were unjust. [29.15] So We delivered him and the inmates of the ark, and made it a sign to the nations. [29.16] And (We sent) Ibrahim, when he said to his people: Serve Allah and be careful of (your duty to) Him; this is best for you, if you did but know:
*****#11. Pharaoh's wife adopted Moses. Sura [28.8] And Firon's family took him up that he might be an enemy and a grief for them; surely Firon and Haman and their hosts were wrongdoers. [28.9] And Firon's wife said: A refreshment of the eye to me and to you; do not slay him; maybe he will be useful to us, or we may take him for a son; and they did not perceive. . . . 28:8, 9). The Bible says it was Pharaoh's daughter (Ex.2:7-10).
*****#12. Noah's flood took place in Moses day. Sura [7.136] Therefore We inflicted retribution on them and drowned them in the sea because they rejected Our signs and were heedless of them. . . . NOT according to the Bible.
*****#13. Crucifixion was used in Pharaoh's time. Sura [7.124] 1 will certainly cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, then will I crucify you all together. . . . Not recorded in the Bible.
*****#14. Mary gave birth to Jesus under a palm tree. Sura [19.23] And the throes (of childbirth) compelled her to betake herself to the trunk of a palm tree. She said: Oh, would that I had died before this, and had been a thing quite forgotten! . . . NO where in the Bible!
*****#15. Mary mother of Jesus is Moses' sister Miriam. Sura [19.27] And she came to her people with him, carrying him (with her). They said: O Marium! surely you have done a strange thing. [19.28] O sister of Haroun! your father was not a bad man, nor, was your mother an unchaste woman. . . . Muhammad was NOT familiar with the Bible.
*****#16. Mohammad’s ‘miracles’ about Mary. Sura [19.23] And the throes (of childbirth) compelled her to betake herself to the trunk of a palm tree. She said: Oh, would that I had died before this, and had been a thing quite forgotten! [19.24] Then (the child) called out to her from beneath her: Grieve not, surely your Lord has made a stream to flow beneath you; [19.25] And shake towards you the trunk of the palmtree, it will drop on you fresh ripe dates: [19.26] So eat and drink and refresh the eye. Then if you see any mortal, say: Surely I have vowed a fast to the Beneficent God, so I shall not speak to any man today. [19.27] And she came to her people with him, carrying him (with her). They said: O Marium! surely you have done a strange thing. . . . There are NO miracles recorded in the Bible as being done by Mary.
*****#17. Zacharias could not speak for only three days. Sura [19.10] He said: My Lord! give me a sign. He said: Your sign is that you will not be able to speak to the people three nights while in sound health. . . . The Bible says Zacharias could not speak the entire time that Elizabeth carried the child (Luke 1:20, 64).
*****#18. The test of how soldiers drank water came in the days of David and Saul.
Sura [2.249] So when Talut departed with the forces, he said: Surely Allah will try you with a river; whoever then drinks from it, he is not of me, and whoever does not taste of it, he is surely of me, except he who takes with his hand as much of it as fills the hand; but with the exception of a few of them they drank from it. So when he had crossed it, he and those who believed with him, they said: We have today no power against Jalut and his forces. Those who were sure that they would meet their Lord said: How often has a small party vanquished a numerous host by Allah's permission, and Allah is with the patient. [2.250] And when they went out against Jalut and his forces they said: Our Lord, pour down upon us patience, and make our steps firm and assist us against the unbelieving people. . . . The Bible says this happened years earlier with Gideon. (Judges 7:4-7).
*****#19. Alexander the Great (Zul-qarinain) followed the setting sun and found
that it went down into the Black sea. Sura [18.83] And they ask you about Zulqarnain. Say: I will recite to you an account of him. [18.84] Surely We established him in the land and granted him means of access to every thing. [18.85] So he followed a course. [18.86] Until when he reached the place where the sun set, he found it going down into the black sea, and found by it a people. We said: O Zulqarnain! either give them a chastisement or do them a benefit.
Sura [18.89] Then he followed (another) course.
The Quran also says that Greek Alexander the Great was a Muslim and worshipped Allah. In reality, Alexander the Great died very young and was not a Muslim. Alexander the Great lived from 356 - 323 B.C. (Before Jesus). He was 33 years old when he died. Muhammad and Islam did not come along till 610 A.D. (After Jesus), when Muhammad began preaching Allah and his new religion in Mecca. This was over 900 years AFTER Alexander the Great died. Sura [18.90] Until when he reached the land of the rising of the sun, he found it rising on a people to whom We had given no shelter from It; [18.91] Even so! and We had a full knowledge of what he had. [18.92] Then he followed (another) course. [18.93] Until when he reached (a place) between the two mountains, he found on that side of them a people who could hardly understand a word. [18.94] They said: O Zulqarnain! surely Gog and Magog make mischief in the land. Shall we then pay you a tribute on condition that you should raise a barrier between us and them [18.95] He said: That in which my Lord has established me is better, therefore you only help me with workers, I will make a fortified barrier between you and them; [18.96] Bring me blocks of iron; until when he had filled up the space between the two mountain sides, he said: Blow, until when he had made it (as) fire, he said: Bring me molten brass which I may pour over it. [18.97] So they were not able to scale it nor could they make a hole in it. [18.98] He said: This is a mercy from my Lord, but when the promise of my Lord comes to pass He will make it level with the ground, and the promise of my Lord is ever true.
*****#20. More errors in the Quran: The origin of calamity is evil in our life is (1) from Satan. Sura [38.41] And remember Our servant Ayyub, when he called upon his Lord: The Shaitan has afflicted me with toil and torment.
The origin of calamity is evil in our life from is (2) from Allah. Sura [4.78] Wherever you are, death will overtake you, though you are in lofty towers, and if a benefit comes to them, they say: This is from Allah; and if a misfortune befalls them, they say: This is from you. Say: All is from Allah, but what is the matter with these people that they do not make approach to understanding what is told (them)?
The origin of calamity is evil in our life from is (3) from ourselves. Sura [4.79] Whatever benefit comes to you (O man!), it is from Allah, and whatever misfortune befalls you, it is from yourself, and We have sent you (O Prophet!), to mankind as an apostle; and Allah is sufficient as a witness.
*****#21. Can slander of chaste women be forgiven? Yes! Sura [24.5] Except those who repent after this and act aright, for surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
Can slander of chaste women be forgiven? NO! Sura [24.23] Surely those who accuse chaste believing women, unaware (of the evil), are cursed in this world and the hereafter, and they shall have a grievous chastisement.
*****#22. Abrogation, retraction??? Sura [6.34] And certainly apostles before you were rejected, but they were patient on being rejected and persecuted until Our help came to them; and there is none to change the words of Allah, and certainly there has come to you some information about the messengers.
Sura [6.115] And the word of your Lord has been accomplished truly and justly; there is none who can change His words, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
Sura [10.64] They shall have good news in this world's life and in the hereafter; there is no changing the words of Allah; that is the mighty achievement.
Sura [50.28] He will say: Do not quarrel in My presence, and indeed I gave you the threatening beforehand: [50.29] My word shall not be changed, nor am I in the least unjust to the servants.
BUT there may be need to exchange some of them for "better ones. " Sura [2.106] Whatever communications We abrogate or cause to be forgotten, We bring one better than it or like it. Do you not know that Allah has power over all things?
Sura [16.101] And when We change (one) communication for (another) communication, and Allah knows best what He reveals, they say: You are only a forger. Nay, most of them do not know. . . . In other words, ignorant people must not question Allah for what he does!
Let us consider this: HOW can a DIVINE revelation be improved? IF it were divine, it would have been perfect from the start!!
*****#23. Consider Quran’s change in amount of days creation took, first from 6 days.
Sura [7.54] Surely your Lord is Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth in six periods of time, and He is firm in power; He throws the veil of night over the day, which it pursues incessantly; and (He created) the sun and the moon and the stars, made subservient by His command; surely His is the creation and the command; blessed is Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
Sura [10.3] Surely your Lord is Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth in six periods, and He is firm in power, regulating the affair, there is no intercessor except aher His permission; this is Allah, your Lord, therefore serve Him; will you not then mind?
Sura [11.7] And He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six periods-- and His dominion (extends) on the water-- that He might manifest to you, which of you is best in action, and if you say, surely you shall be raised up after death, those who disbelieve would certainly say: This is nothing but clear magic.
Sura [25.59] Who created the heavens and the earth and what is between them in six periods, and He is firmly established on the throne of authority; the Beneficent God, so ask respecting it one aware.
And then it gets changed to 8 days! [41.12] So He ordained them seven heavens in two periods, and revealed in every heaven its affair; and We adorned the lower heaven with brilliant stars and (made it) to guard; that is the decree of the Mighty, the Knowing. . . . The Bible says six days (Gen.1:31).
*****#24. Allah CAN have a son. Sura [39.4] If Allah desire to take a son to Himself, He will surely choose those He pleases from what He has created. Glory be to Him: He is Allah, the One, the Subduer (of all).
Allah CANNOT have a son. Sura [6.101] Wonderful Originator of the heavens and the earth! How could He have a son when He has no consort, and He (Himself) created everything, and He is the Knower of all things.
Sura [25.2] He, Whose is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and Who did not take to Himself a son, and Who has no associate in the kingdom, and Who created everything, then ordained for it a measure.
*****#25. ALL angels obey Allah. Sura [16.49] And whatever creature that is in the heavens and that is in the earth makes obeisance to Allah (only), and the angels (too) and they do not show pride. [16.50] They fear their Lord above them and do what they are commanded.
NOT all angels obey Allah. Sura [2.3] Those who believe in the unseen and keep up prayer and spend out of what We have given them. [2.4] And who believe in that which has been revealed to you and that which was revealed before you and they are sure of the hereafter.
*****#26. The human Mary was told she would have an "immaculate conception," or would be impregnated by Allah. Sura [19.19] He said: I am only a messenger of your Lord: That I will give you a pure boy. [19.20] She said: When shall I have a boy and no mortal has yet touched me, nor have I been unchaste? [19.21] He said: Even so; your Lord says: It is easy to Me: and that We may make him a sign to men and a mercy from Us, and it is a matter which has been decreed. [19.22] So she conceived him; then withdrew herself with him to a remote place.
BUT . . . the Quran denies that Allah could have a son or daughter through mortals.
Sura [6.100] And they make the jinn associates with Allah, while He created them, and they falsely attribute to Him sons and daughters without knowledge; glory be to Him, and highly exalted is He above what they ascribe (to Him). [6.101] Wonderful Originator of the heavens and the earth! How could He have a son when He has no consort, and He (Himself) created everything, and He is the Knower of all things.
