‘SELFISM’ IS A CULT OF EVIL

I believe this ‘Selfism’ religion that so many in our civilization has taken up with, is a really WRONG turn and is headed away from ALL that is good, and is headed towards total, disasterous separation and destruction.

Self-interest can  be a natural human and animal tendency, because it reveals the basic need for self-preservation and survival. It seems that the problem comes when a person is dominated or empowered by SELF-interest, meaning that people pursue  SELF-LOVE and SELF-INTEREST without taking into consideration that they should LIMIT the circumstances of beliefs or morality to some extent.

All extremely wealthy people or groups, started when one of their ancestors broke away from society to become richer and more powerful than those around them. Pioneers may have been driven by a sense of morality based on the family’s history . . . maybe they felt their family had been unfairly treated by someone in power or by people around them. In cases like this, the pursuit of self-interest would have been that of the underdog, who felt it right to be a little brutal or underhanded, to break a few rules, to get their just rewards.

The next generation would still feel that sense of justification, along with pride at their family’s success.

Then comes the third generation, BUT they would experience the rise to riches as a state of affairs accomplished by their pride and would be hardened by arrogance, believing that their position was their birthright, and that they well deserved it simply for being who they were.

As you can see, it would not be long that this arrogance and superiority could take the form of logical theories to explain and justify (?) their superior position . . . be it a false-religious “divine right” to rule over others or a false-scientific Social Darwinism insisting that in a dog-eat-dog world it is the “best” dog that will survive and prosper.

They might come to see their sociopathic behavior as a sign of superiority, or an elevated level of shrewdness, adaptation and intelligence. But, on the other hand, these power groups might try to maintain and expand their wealth as something commendable, for the good of all.

They might rebrand their empire of misuse as a “Commonwealth of Nations”, describing their pillaging and destruction as “development”, and state it to be sustainable, inclusive and equitable.

Even though the powers-that-be, no doubt really believe they are superior to the rest of us common folk . . . they have the right to rule over us, BUT . . . they cannot really believe that they are acting in OUR best interests.

What happens when ‘self-interest’ becomes impossible to completely repress?  What happens when you become aware of the utter depravity of your role in society? What does a person do? You remove yourself from all harmful activity and try to make amends for the damage you have done. SELFISM is a Cult of EVIL! Have NO part in it!

The cult of Selfism was born because of SELF-love, and holds SELF-interest to be the supreme conclusion, taking its followers FAR beyond the search of their own self-interest. It takes them to a place of doing bad, evil things, the worse the better, simply for the sake of it. When people submit to depravity and evil, they allow themselves to be channels for a negative interplanetary energy . . . that being Satan.

Reversed “spirituality” is when a person is closed to messages from within . . . they do NOT receive OR do NOT want to receive what their unconscious interior wants them to see. There is a  struggle between them and the seekers of truth. There is an eternal battle within humans . . . between the forces of life and death, otherwise known as good and evil. IF it is true that good will always defeat evil, our active involvement is necessary to realize that certainty!

For us to play our necessary part, we must be able to channel the life force in the most direct and powerful way possible. We must get rid of all the fear, doubt and confusion that have been wrapped around us all through our lives.

We have to stand tall, resolute and pure, ready to give everything that we have and everything that we are.

And, last but certainly NOT least, we must shake off any control, domination or power of SELF-love and SELF-interest that can lead us SO far astray. We must forget about Me, Me, Me and start thinking of others . . . and eternity! ETERNITY has only TWO places: Heaven and Hell . . . WHICH place will YOU spend eternity?
Mat. 22:37-40 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. (KJV)
In reality, these TWO commandments summarize the entire Mosaic Law and the Prophets. IF we love God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, and love our neighbor as ourselves, we will NEVER do any harm to anyone. Jesus’ answer was SO clear and SO accurate that if the Pharisees had been honest, they would have told Him that they had fallen short and that the Law could not save them. At this time the Lord Jesus, their Saviour, was ever so close to the Cross. The logic is clearly this, that ALL the commandments that are in the Law and the Prophets are consistent with, and dependent upon these two commandments that Jesus gives us here. These two commandments cover the whole Old Testament! They are OUR Law!
