The Truth about Salvation
Poem: Why Can’t They See? #1257
I have never written a book such as this. I am sure that many will not even read it. The Truth of your eternal soul lies in the words of this tiny booklet. I pray that you will consider what God states over and over again in His Holy and infallible Word.
There IS a Hell! Hell IS an actual PLACE, where the majority of all people who have ever lived and ever will live shall spend eternity.
I don’t know why God has placed this extreme burden for lost souls on my heart. It’s a terrible feeling in the pit of my stomach that I cannot get away from. PLEASE read this book with careful consideration.

Wicked People Described
Introduction
Contrasting the Wicked With the Righteous
Psalm 5:5 The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity. (KJV) . . . God cannot and will not condone or excuse even the smallest sin. Because of this, we cannot excuse ourselves for sinning ‘just a little bit’. God has NO tolerance for a little bit of sin any more that He will tolerate any sin, no matter its size! As a child of God grows spiritually, we begin to sense how bad our sin is to God. A wicked person (an ungodly person) could care less if they sin or not, and most often they seem proud of the evil in their lives. The Bible tells us that God hates ALL workers of iniquity. All believers should strive to be less tolerant of the sin in others and in themselves since God hates it so.
Psalm 11:5 The Lord trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth. (KJV) . . . The Lord tests the righteous and the wicked, but the ones who love violence God hates.
Malachi 3:18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not. (KJV) . . . A few serve God, while many serve the devil.
Matthew 25:33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. (KJV) . . . Judge Jesus will one day separate His obedient followers from pretenders, unbelievers and just plain wicked people. The evidence of our being God’s child is the way we act. God’s children should treat everyone we meet as if they are Jesus. This is NOT easy! And I mess up more than I do as I should, and when I do, I regret it afterwards, sometimes for a long time! I can’t believe I was so stupid and I can’t forgive myself.
A lot of people are not anything like Jesus! What we do for and say to others confirms what we really think about Jesus’ commands to us: LOVE! (Mat. 22:36-40). Jesus used sheep and goats to portray the division between believers and unbelievers, the righteous and the wicked. Sheep and goats often grazed together but were separated when it came time to shear the sheep. Also see: Eze. 34:17-24.
John 5:29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. (KJV) . . . ALL people will one day be resurrected (Dan.12:2), so that means those who have rebelled against Christ and rejected His salvation, will be resurrected too. But, they shall feel God’s wrath and hear God’s sentence against them . . . to be cast into the Lake of Fire (Rev.20:15). Condemned to eternity in Hell, FAR away from Him (2 Thes.1:8-9). So many people think that they will live well on Earth, ignore God, and then think that death is a final rest. That is NOT so! The Bible does NOT teach this satanic heresy! Jesus will NOT allow wicked, unbelieving people to see death as the end of it all. There is a judgment to face and an eternal destination: Heaven OR Hell!
1 Peter 3:12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil. (KJV) . . . God watches over the righteous, and takes care of them. But, God’s Face and Ears are turned away from all those who do evil. Anyone who disrespects and disobeys God is doomed to an eternal Hell.

Chapter 1 . . . Characteristics
Psalm 5:9 For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is very wickedness; their throat is an open sepulchre; they flatter with their tongue. (KJV) . . . The wicked are not reliable or faithful because they are full of every kind wickedness (Rom.8:7). An open sepulchre = a dwelling-place of corruption, uttering immoral filth. Flatter = smooth talkers. There are many of these in today’s wolves in sheep’s clothing (preachers). Their tongues speak lies and deceit of the devil.
Psalm 37:12 The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth. (KJV) . . . Evil people plot against good people because they hate them. They gnash their teeth like a savage beast.
Psalm 52:3 Thou lovest evil more than good; and lying rather than to speak righteousness. (KJV) . . . The patience and mercy of God are abused by sinners. They harden their hearts by their wicked ways. The wicked boast of their evil, while the righteous have God’s mercy to lean on. God will utterly destroy all those who do not make Him their strength. Love evil: Jer.4:22; Micah 3:2; Rom.1:25; 2 Tim. 3:4. Love lying: Ps.62:4; Jer. 9:3-5,8; John 8:44; Rev. 22:15.
Psalm 64:3 Who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words: (KJV) . . . The wicked sharpen their tongues like swords, and spout cruel words like arrows. Words can be most painful, but IF we trust God, these attacks will not hurt us.
Psalm 73:12 Behold, these are the ungodly, who prosper in the world; they increase in riches. (KJV) . . . Two strong truths are found in these verses: (1) the wicked prosper, leaving God’s faithful people to wonder why they should be good, and (2) the wealth of the wicked is very inviting, and the righteous think about the other road that most of the world walk. But friend, these two issues shall come to unexpected and agonizing ends! The wealth of the wicked ceases at death, and they find themselves in Hades, the temporary Hell (a holding place, a jail) awaiting judgment (Luke 16:19-26; Rev.20:11-15). There is no one in eternal Hell, the Lake of Fire yet (Rev.19:20). The righteous (God’s born again children) go immediately into God’s Presence (2 Cor.5:6,8), and their rewards for being faithful to the Lord go on throughout eternity! What may seem like wealth now is extremely deceitful! BUT, what seemed worthless now shall last forever. A word of wisdom: Don’t ever wish you could trade places with wicked people to have their wealth because one day they will wish they could trade places with you and have your eternal wealth in Heaven (Mat.6:19-20).
Isaiah 1:4 Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the Lord, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward. (KJV) . . . The people of Judah sinned greatly and refused to know, understand and obey God. This is just like people worldwide today, both Jews and Gentiles. God brought charges against those people through Isaiah because they had rebelled and had forsaken the Lord. They had broken their moral and spiritual covenant with God (Deut. 28). By breaking their agreement, they were bringing God’s wrath and punishment down on themselves. God gave them prosperity, but they would NOT serve Him. God then sent warnings, but they would NOT listen. Finally, He brought the fire of His judgment (Isaiah 1:7).
Friends, this is SO clear in today’s world! I can SEE God’s Hand in all the multiple warnings that are taking place today! Yet people REFUSE to believe that it is His wrath on worldwide sin. He gave me a poem the other night. I think it needs to be here.
Why Can’t They See??
No matter where on Earth, we would reside,
There is NO where, from Your wrath we could hide.
From Your storehouse in Heaven, to Earth below,
Immense devastation, You can bestrow.
Of all the Universe, You are in control,
Your Holy wrath on sin, can take its toll.
You cause severe drought, in one part of the land,
While floods in another, come by Your Hand.
Dangerous tornadoes, bring devastation,
Destroying property, and habitation.
Their wide swath create, an unsightly path,
Yet people won’t believe, they come from Your wrath.
Such deadly earthquakes, all over the world,
As the wrath of Almighty God, is unfurl’d.
Volcanoes erupting, with ash miles high,
Yet haters of God, disobey and deny.
Tsunamis in the seas, many lives claim,
Yet sinners will not repent, just complain.
Why can’t they see, ‘tis God’s Holy, righteous wrath,
Still they continue, on the devil’s path.
Adultery and homosexuality,
Incest, rape, lust, drunkenness, idolatry.
Prostitution, common on city streets,
Obscene clothing, and depravity complete.
Judgment on sin was brought, by God in the past,
Sin and iniquity, so wide and vast.
Why can’t they see, why won’t they understand,
God’s Holy wrath, will one day cleanse this land.
Please my friend, consider eternity,
You do NOT want Hell, as your destiny.
Repent of your sin, turn to Christ today,
Only then will you ev’r go, Heaven’s way.

By: His servant, Connie Kramer Apr.26,2010 #1257
When people continue to sin, they cut themselves off from God’s help and isolate themselves. When you feel lonely and separated from God, remember that God does NOT abandon you (Heb.13:5), it is ALWAYS we who abandon Him! Our sins put up a wall between Him and us. There is only one sure way to cure this kind of loneliness: have a personal relationship with the Lord, confess your sin (1 John 1:8-10), obey His commands to us (Mat.22:36-40), and always be in an attitude of prayer (1 Thes.5:17). He really does love us and desires a close fellowship with us (Ps.140:13; Isa. 1:16-19).
Isaiah 57:20 But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt. (KJV) . . . Isa.57:1-13 speaks of pride and lust; Isa.57:14-21 tell how God speaks of those who are humble and repentant (contrite). Almighty God came down to our level to save us because it is impossible for us to go up to His level and not sin or to save ourselves (2 Chron. 6:18; Psalm 51:1-7; Phil. 2).
2 Tim. 3:1-7 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. [2] For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, [3] Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, [4] Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; [5] Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. [6] For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, [7] Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. (KJV) . . . This Passage speaks of TODAY! Read it! ALL these ungodly characteristics are taking place NOW! And they are seen in more and more people each day. SIN has overtaken this world. Satan is very happy with all those who walk the dark path leading to eternal agony in Hell. He does not want to go there alone (Mat.25:41), and he won’t! SO many wicked people! No wonder God’s patience is coming to an end and His wrath is taking hold!
The last days began after Jesus’ resurrection and will continue until His Second Coming. We are living in the last days. So we should make the most of the time that God has given us (Eph. 5:16; Col. 4:5). Paul’s list of behavior in the last days describes our society to a T! And sad to say, includes the behavior of many professing Christians. Don’t give in to society’s pressures. Don’t submit to the devil’s temptation. Submit to God (Jam.4:7). Stand up against evil by living as God wants His people to live.
2 Peter 2:7 And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked: (KJV) . . . Just as God rescued Lot from Sodom, He is also able to rescue us from the temptations and trials we face in a wicked world. Lot was NOT sinless, but he had faith in God and was spared when Sodom was destroyed.
Jude 1:13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever. (KJV) . . . False teachers are filthy dreamers (Jude 1:8). They defile and severely wound the souls of men. They have a confused mind and a rebellious spirit. They are brute beasts, although they usually brag as being very wise. The fault is not their understanding, but their corrupt wills, and their misplaced appetites and affections. False teachers shall receive the worst of punishments in the judgment and in Hell. They now glitter like falling stars, but will sink into the blackness of darkness for ever.
TRUE men of God, from the beginning of the world, have declared doom on false teachers and false prophets. Let us wisely avoid these wicked people. Let us only follow those who follow Christ. But, let us be sure they follow Christ (Acts 17:11). False preachers and false teachers are deceitful workers, servants of Satan, who transform themselves into the disciples of Christ. BEWARE!!!
2 Cor. 11:13-15 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. [14] And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. [15] Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. (KJV) . . . These monsters are money hungry wolves in sheep’s clothing (Mat.7:15). They will cause severe damage to your soul. False prophets were common in Old Testament times. They prophesied only what the king and the people wanted to hear (Isa.30:9-10), claiming it was God’s message. They did NOT want to hear the Truth, just words that would soothe their consciences. False teachers are just as common today, maybe more so because there are many more people on the Earth and many more of them. Jesus warns us to beware of those whose words sound religious but are motivated by money, fame, or power. HOW is one way that we can tell if a preacher or teacher is a false one? It will not take very long to know, because what they preach or teach, they minimize Christ and glorify self. 2 Cor. 10:17 But he that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.
Wicked People Described
Chapter 2 . . . Banished From God
Psalm 11:6 Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup. (KJV) . . . The punishment of the wicked is described by vivid figures revealing the abundant, sudden, furious and utter destruction (Gen. 19:24; Job 18:15; Ps.7:15; 9:15). Cup is a frequent symbol for either God's favor OR His wrath (Ps.16:5; 23:5; Mat.20:22-23).
Isaiah 66:24 And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh. (KJV) . . . The Israelites looked at the carcasses of the wicked Egyptians destroyed by God at the Red Sea after they had crossed safely (Ex.14:30; Isa.26:14-19; Ps.58:10; 49:14; Mal.4:1-3).
The worm dieth not (Mark 9:44, 46, 48) is just one image of Hell. And, there were bodies left unburied in the valley of Hinnom, from where comes Gehenna, or "hell." It was south of Jerusalem, and there was a perpetual fire kept burning there to consume the garbage thrown there (Isa.30:33).
For those without faith in Christ, there is a sobering picture of judgment. But for the faithful, there is a tremendous picture of rich reward. The contrast is so striking that it amazes me why more people refuse to follow God. But people today are just as rebellious, foolish and reluctant to change as were the Israelites.
Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (KJV) . . . Jesus exposed those people who sounded religious but had no personal relationship with Him. On Judgment Day, only our relationship with Christ, our acceptance of Him as Saviour and Lord and our obedience to Him, will be what will count. So many people think that if the good outweighs the bad they have done, they will be rewarded with eternal life in Heaven. That is NOT true! Only faith in Christ is what will count at the judgment.
If you do not know Jesus now, personally, He will NOT know you at the judgment! You shall be condemned to Hell. Millions of people who today claim “I’m a Christian,” shall hear from Jesus: “I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” He will openly tear off the masks of these hypocrites. He will say, we never had a fellowship, and it is far too late to start now (Mat.25:41).
The Lord knoweth them that are His and every TRUE believer that names the name of Christ “Christian” MUST depart from iniquity. (2 Tim. 2:19). There is NO other way!
Mat.8:12 But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. (KJV) . . . Jesus said that many ‘religious’ Jews who should be in the kingdom would not be admitted because of their lack of faith. They just could not accept Christ and His new message. Our outward profession may cause others to THINK that we are children of the Kingdom; BUT if we are content in that, and have no faith in Who Jesus is, and what He can do for us, we shall be cast into outer darkness (Hell). God is a Spirit and we must worship wisely in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:24).
Mat.13:50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. (KJV) . . . This is Jesus’ parable of the Net. The world is a like an endless sea, and people in it are like the fishes. Anyone who preaches or teaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ, is like a fisherman casting a net into this sea, to catch something. And Judgment Day is when hypocrites and true Christians will finally be parted. Until that time, we live together. For the hypocrites and unbelievers (wicked), it shall be a most horrible time, for all those shall then be cast into the furnace of fire (Hell). (Rev.20:15).
Mat.22:13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. (KJV) . . . This is from the parable of the King’s Son. It was customary for invited wedding guests to be given clothes to wear to the banquet. It was unthinkable to refuse to wear the clothing offered. That would insult the host, who could only assume that the guest was arrogant and thought he didn’t need these garments, or that he did not want to take part in the wedding celebration. The wedding clothes picture the righteousness of Jesus needed to enter God’s Kingdom (Rom.4:25; 5:1; 1 Cor, 1:30; 2 Cor. 5:21). Just Jesus can give you righteousness! You have absolutely NONE on your own (Isa. 64:6). You will only be accepted by God the Father when you believe Jesus died on the cross for you, and trust and accept Him to save your soul from Hell. Only Christ can provide this garment of righteousness for everyone, all people every where! There is NO other way into Heaven, no matter what cults and false religions tell you. And do NOT listen to those who say there is no Hell. That is the devil’s lie!
Mat.25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: . . . There most certainly IS a Hell! It is ready and waiting for the devil and ALL who follow him! BEWARE!!!
Each person must choose to put on the righteousness of Christ, in order to enter the King’s banquet (eternal life). There is an OPEN invitation, but we must be ready. For more symbolism of clothes of righteousness and salvation, see: Ps. 132:16; Isa.61:10; Zech. 3:3-5; Rev. 3:4-5; 19:7-8.
Jesus says the wicked shall be bound hand and foot, meaning they will have absolutely NO power to resist, no matter how much power they had on Earth! They shall be taken away and cast into outer darkness, Hell! They will be outside Heaven, or as Rev.22:15 states, “without” the Heavenly City! There shall be NO way for the unrepentant sinner to ever enter Heaven. They shall NEVER experience eternal life, but instead eternal agony. They shall be cast into a region of “darkness,” with all its horrors, away from any and all good! This is the hopeless compensation that awaits all the wicked in this evil world. There will be non-stop weeping and gnashing of teeth. (Mat.8:12; 13:42; 24:51; 25:30; Lu.13:28).
Mat. 25:46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal. (KJV) . . . God will rightly separate His obedient followers from hypocrites and unbelievers. The proof of our belief in Christ, is the way we live. We are to imitate Jesus; but to treat everyone we meet as if they were Jesus, is NOT easy! Maybe that is why so many people reject the Gospel, and remain the devil’s child (1 John 3:10). Do your actions and words separate you from the hypocrites and unbelievers? We should have love for others, for it glorifies God by reflecting our love for Him. Do you imitate Jesus? If you do, you know it is NOT an easy thing to do. BUT, the end result, eternal life in Heaven with Jesus, is worth it friend!
Jesus used sheep and goats to picture the division between believers and unbelievers (Mat.25:31-33). Sheep and goats often grazed together but were separated when it came time to shear the sheep. Ezekiel 34:17-24 also refers to the separation of sheep and goats.
TRUE Christians are to separate themselves from all evil and from wicked people (Ps.1:1; 26:4; 84:10; 101:4; 141:4; Pro.14:7; 20:19; 24:1; John 15:19; 2 Cor.6:14,17; Eph.5:11; 2 Thes.3:6; 1 John 2:15; Rev.18:4).
Eternal punishment takes place in Hell (the lake of fire, Gehenna). Hell is a PLACE of punishment after death for ALL those who refuse to repent. In the Bible, three words are used in connection with eternal punishment. (1) Sheol, or “the grave,” is used in the Old Testament to mean the place of the dead, thought to be under the earth. (Job 24:19; Ps.16:10; Isa.38:10.) (2) Hades is the Greek word for the underworld, the realm of the dead. It is the word used in the New Testament for Sheol. (Mat.16:18; Rev. 1:18; 20:13-14.) (3) Gehenna, or Hell, was named after the Valley of Hinnom near Jerusalem where children were sacrificed by fire to the pagan gods (2 Kings 23:10; 2 Chron. 28:3).
Hell is the place of eternal fire (Mat.5:22; 10:28; Mark 9:43; Luke 12:5; James 3:6; Rev.19:20) prepared for the devil, his angels, and all those who do not believe in God (Mat. 25:46; Rev. 20:9-10). Hell is the final and eternal state of the wicked after the resurrection and the last judgment (Dan.12:2; Rev.20:15).
Why does Jesus warn against unbelief? He is trying to save us from the eternal and agonizing punishment. And these shall go away into eternal punishment. . . . these are the wicked who reject Christ. These go to "everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels" (Mat.25:41, 13:42; 2 Thes. 1:8-9).
But the righteous into life eternal . . . meaning in Heaven with God!
As long as you are still alive, you CAN have eternal life IF you accept Jesus as your Saviour and Lord. But, once you die, you go to a holding place to await judgment. There are NO second chances! (Heb.9:27). The decisions you make in this life on Earth, will decide your eternal destiny. It’s just as simple as that! When Judgment Day comes, your eternal destination has already been decided . . . either Heaven OR Hell! Condemnation of the wicked will be final, irreversible and unending torment. (Luke 16:23). According to Jesus, the wicked will experience this torment, even before Judgment Day. Many mock and say this parable of Lazarus and the rich man is just a story. Consider this, if you believe that: This is the only one of Jesus’ parables where He names a person. I believe this really happened.
Rev. 21:7-8 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. [8] But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. (KJV) . . . People who overcome (1 John 5:4-5) “endure unto the end” (Mark 13:13). Only these people will receive the blessings that God has promised, meaning eternal life:
- Eating from the tree of life (Rev. 2:7),
- Escaping the lake of fire (the “second death,” Rev. 2:11),
- Receiving a special name (Rev. 2:17),
- Will have authority over the nations (Rev. 2:26),
- Be included in the book of life (Rev. 3:5),
- Be a pillar in God’s spiritual temple (Rev. 3:12), and
- Sitting with Christ on His throne (Rev. 3:21).
Only those who can endure the testing of evil and remain faithful will be rewarded by God.
BUT, notice the throng that will NOT be allowed access to Heaven: the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars. WHO are the fearful (cowardly)? It is those who turn back to following God. They are not brave enough to stand up for Christ; they have too much pride to accept His authority over their lives. They are put in the same list as the unbelieving, the vile, murderers, liars, idolaters, the sexually immoral and those who practice witchcraft.
The second death is spiritual death, meaning either eternal torment or destruction (Hell). It is a permanent separation from God (2 Thes.1:8-9).
Rev. 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life. (KJV) . . . Just as all the filth and garbage of the old Jerusalem was carried outside the walls and burned there, so too, nothing dirty or defiled in any way shall enter the heavenly city. This apostle of love, who shows us the glories of the heavenly city, New Jerusalem, also speaks very plainly of the terrors of Hell. I too, like John, would rather speak (and write) on God’s love and grace and mercy and Heaven . . . BUT, the Bible is SO clear that there absolutely IS a Hell! My friend, I do hope and pray that you believe this! That is why this little book! Please take it seriously!
NOT everyone will be allowed into the New Jerusalem, as some false teachers tell you with their damnable heresy (2 Pet.2:1) of ‘Universalism.’ My friend, only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life will make it into Heaven! Don’t think that you will get in because of your background, going to church or good behavior. Eternal life is available to you ONLY because of what Jesus, the Lamb, has done for you. Trusting Him is the only way that you will ever be a citizen of Heaven! Everyone does NOT go to Heaven!
Rev. 22:14-15 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. [15] For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. (KJV) . . . Blessed are they that wash their robes . . . in the blood of the Lamb(Rev. 7:14). This means that salvation is NOT by works! Salvation is by the grace of God and our faith! Period! God's grand Gospel "commandment" is to believe on Jesus (John 3:15-18, 36; Rom.10:9; 1 Thes.4:14; 1 John 5:10-13). Our "right" (privilege) to the tree of life is NOT due what we do but by what we believe!
Without or outside the City are dogs; which were considered impure, filthy (Rev. 22:11; Phil. 3:2), those who practice witchcraft, the sexually immoral, idolaters, and all liars! NO evil or wicked people will ever be permitted access to New Jerusalem, ever!
A dead or disobedient faith cannot save us! Only those who do His commandments (Mat.22:36-40). The book of life shuts out from Heaven ALL wicked and unrighteous people. There is NO middle place or condition. God has sent out a general invitation to mankind, to come and partake freely of the Promises and of the privileges of the Gospel. Let whosoever will, come and take of the water of life freely. Amen!
Wicked People Described
Chapter 3 . . . Snared By Their Own Evil Acts
Exodus 14:23 And the Egyptians pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, even all Pharaoh's horses, his chariots, and his horsemen. (KJV) . . . Darkness may have been the reason that the Egyptians were not aware just exactly where they were driving their chariots. They heard the Israelite fugitives in front of them, and they plunged on ahead not considering that they were on the dry bed of the sea (Ex.14:6, 21-22). Friend, consider the POWER of God!
God’s dividing the Red Sea was destruction to the Egyptians; but victory to the Israelites (Ps.136:13; 106:9). It was a type of baptism (1 Cor.10:1-2). Israel’s passage through it was typical of the conversion of souls (Isa.11:15); and the Egyptians being drowned in it was symbolic of the final ruin of ALL unrepenting sinners. God showed His almighty and amazing power, by making a literal passage several miles through the waters. God can bring His people through even the worst problems, and make a way where there really isn’t one! This was His wonderful grace to His people, Israel. This was done, in order to encourage God’s people in all ages to trust Him in the greatest straits. Do you really think that there is anything that He cannot do? He is still able to do things that seem impossible to us today. God is on the side those who love, trust and obey Him, BUT He hates and is AGAINST all the wicked in the world. He is their Enemy!
Esther 5:14 Then said Zeresh his wife and all his friends unto him, Let a gallows be made of fifty cubits high, and to morrow speak thou unto the king that Mordecai may be hanged thereon: then go thou in merrily with the king unto the banquet. And the thing pleased Haman; and he caused the gallows to be made. (KJV) . . . Haman was a self-admirer, self-flatterer, and self-deceiver. The higher he was lifted up, the better he liked it. When Haman left the banquet he was in a good mood. But when he saw Mordecai at the entrance of the palace, and Mordecai did not stand or show any respect as he passed, Haman was furious.
Haman’s family and friends, who were just as arrogant as he was, wanted Mordecai hanged. They suggested that the gallows be 75 feet high, probably built on the city wall or some prominent building, to make sure that all the people of the city saw Mordecai’s death and would be reminded of the consequences of disobeying Haman. Ironically, it never happened! Instead, the high gallows allowed everyone to see Haman’s death.
Israel has always had enemies. And too, TRUE Christians also have enemies. Mordecai, a humble man, tormented proud Haman without even trying. Many people think the proud are happy. They display their prominence and make a big show, but if someone hurts their feelings, look out! Most poor people feel far less uneasy than the rich, with all their fancy advantages around them. BUT, the person who does not know Christ, is actually destitute, even though he be extremely rich in worldly goods, because he does not have true riches; that being Christ! (Mat.6:19-20).
Psalm 7:14-16 Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood. [15] He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made. [16] His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate. (KJV) . . . When allowed to run its course, evil will always destroy itself. Violent people become victims of violence, and liars become victims of others’ deceit (Ps.9:15-16). But the sad part, in the process, innocent people are often hurt. Sometimes God steps in and stops evildoers, but other times, for reasons known only to Him, God allows evil to continue even though innocent people are hurt. It is during these times that we must ask God to protect us. We need to remember that God shall execute final justice, even if it is not during our lifetime.
God always warns sinners of their danger, and gives them time to repent, and stop their sin. God is patient and slow to punish. He is long-suffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish (2 Pet.3:9). The sinner is described above, as taking more pains to ruin his soul than, than to save it. This is true of all sinners. Wicked people are punished by their own evil, bringing it down on their own heads.
Psalm 35:7-8 For without cause have they hid for me their net in a pit, which without cause they have digged for my soul. [8] Let destruction come upon him at unawares; and let his net that he hath hid catch himself: into that very destruction let him fall. (KJV) . . . The curse on unrepentant rebels against God deserve no pardon; His justice and wrath are what they choose. God’s mercy is for those who repent. The wicked person’s reason to lay traps for the righteous, is their hate for them (John 15:18). But, sometimes, destruction will catch them completely off guard. They will be caught in their own trap and fall to their destruction! That is how it shall be on Judgment Day!
Pro.26:27 Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolleth a stone, it will return upon him. (KJV) . . . Wicked people who set traps for others will get caught themselves, and those who start landslides will themselves get crushed. Deceived and exposed by their evil crafts, God will get back at the devices of the wicked. (Pro.12:13; Ps.7:16; 9:17).
Pro.28:10 Whoso causeth the righteous to go astray in an evil way, he shall fall himself into his own pit: but the upright shall have good things in possession. (KJV) . . . Deceit of the wicked will one day be fully exposed, but their acts often bring on deserved payment in this life as well (Pro.12:13; Ps.7:16; 9:17).
Isaiah 24:22 And they shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and after many days shall they be visited. (KJV) . . . The four chapters (24-27) are often called “Isaiah’s Apocalypse.” They discuss God’s judgment on the entire world for its sin. Isaiah’s prophecies were first directed to Judah, then to Israel, then to the surrounding nations, and finally to the whole world. These chapters describe the last days when God will judge the whole world. Don’t think this is just a fairy tale! On Judgment Day, He will permanently remove ALL evil in this wicked world! Believe it!
Isaiah 51:20 Thy sons have fainted, they lie at the head of all the streets, as a wild bull in a net: they are full of the fury of the Lord, the rebuke of thy God. (KJV) . . . God called Israel to mind the things that belong to their everlasting peace. Jerusalem had provoked God, and was made to taste the bitter fruits of their sin. It is still so today!
Israel had no confidence in God’s Promise, like millions of Jews and Christians today. They were drunk, not with wine but with the intoxicating cup of Babylon’s idolatries. Times have not changed much since then. Millions of people worldwide choose other gods, idols of one kind or another, and all these are wicked in God’s eyes! They like Israel long ago, have their cup of affliction, for God shall bring judgment down on ALL the wicked of all times.
Hosea 7:2 And they consider not in their hearts that I remember all their wickedness: now their own doings have beset them about; they are before my face. (KJV) . . . God sees and knows everything. Like Israel, we often forget this. “No one will ever know,” . . . “No one is watching” may tempt us to try to get away with sin. Any time that you face difficult temptations, please be reminded of this Truth: God IS watching. When you are faced with the chance to sin, remember: God sees everything. He even knows your thoughts (Eze.11:5). He will remember and He will punish you!
Luke 21:34-36 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. [35] For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. [36] Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. (KJV) . . . Jesus told the disciples to keep a constant watch for His Return. WHAT does this mean? It means to live as He wants you to live! It means to live as though He could come today! Maybe even 5 minutes from now.
Although almost 2,000 years have passed since Jesus spoke these words, the Truth remains: Christ IS coming again, and we need to watch and be spiritually fit. This means working faithfully and willingly at any tasks God has given us. We must never allow our minds and spirits be dulled by careless living, drinking or the ridiculous pursuit of pleasure. We must not allow life’s anxieties overburden us. We must always be ready to move at God’s command.
God’s TRUE children have two wonderful Promises to help us as we live in today’s wicked world: God will always be with us (Mat.28:20), and He will one day rescue us and give us eternal life (John 14:1-3; 1 Thes.4:13-18).
2 Tim. 2:26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will. (KJV) . . . To recover themselves means to "awake to soberness," especially from the spiritual intoxication whereby they have fallen into the snare of the devil. The snare means the "the wiles of the devil" (Eph. 6:11; 1 Tim. 3:7; 1 Tim. 6:9). Taken captive by him at his will means NOT to follow the will of the enemy (Satan). Instead of being Satan's slave, we can claim as ours the free and willing captivity of our thoughts to the obedience to Christ (2 Cor. 10:5). It is God who gives repentance (2 Tim. 2:25). Only then can the work of His servants following Him, be done with success.
1 Peter 4:2 That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God. (KJV) . . . TRUE conversion does something to a person! It makes an amazing change in the person’s heart and life. It adjusts or remodels the mind, judgment, affections, speech, actions and lifestyle. When a person is really converted, to think of past sin lies heavy on their heart.
It is a Christian’s duty, not only to keep away from all wickedness, but also from anything that could lead to sin, or appear evil.
True believers who have once obtained eternal life through the precious Blood of Jesus, want NO part of sin in any way! They now wish only to trust and obey the Lord, and do His will in their lives. They no longer desire the lusts of the flesh, but instead want only to please God. We must NO longer live the rest of our time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God. It seems that the majority of the world’s population today live exactly opposite of these words! From the time we become God’s child, we must live the rest of our earthly lives controlled by God’s will and NOT by human desires of the flesh controlled by the devil himself, because the Bible clearly tells us wicked people will go to Hell!
Wicked People Described
Chapter 4 . . . Their Final End
Job 21:30 That the wicked is reserved to the day of destruction? they shall be brought forth to the day of wrath. (KJV) . . . Judgment Day is something that many people ridicule and make light of. I hope you are not one of these. ALL people shall stand before Judge Jesus one day. There shall be two judgments: one is the Judgment Seat of Christ (1 Cor.3:10-15) which shall take place after the Rapture of the saints (1 Thes. 4:13-18), and the other is for the wicked, before that frightful Great White Throne (Rev.20:12-15). ALL those not named in the Book of Life shall be cast into the Lake of Fire, for all the wicked are reserved to this day of destruction.
Job 24:24 They are exalted for a little while, but are gone and brought low; they are taken out of the way as all other, and cut off as the tops of the ears of corn. (KJV) . . . Consider just how many wicked people today are honored, respected and worshipped. Now, consider just how short this life on Earth really is. (1 Chron.29:15; Job 8:9; 14:2; Ps.102:11). Life is just for a little while, Hell is for eternity! ALL the wicked shall be taken out and cut off, like corn!
Psalm 9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God. (KJV) . . . Extremely clear! If you are one of the wicked, you do NOT have to stay in that category!
Psalm 21:9 Thou shalt make them as a fiery oven in the time of thine anger: the Lord shall swallow them up in his wrath, and the fire shall devour them. (KJV) . . . God’s righteous anger against sin will one day reach the boiling point! ALL the wicked will be cast into the Lake of Fire (Rev.20:15). The Lord shall remove ALL evil and ALL wicked people on Judgment Day. NONE of the wicked have any chance to access the bliss of God’s Home (Heaven, John 14:6) when they stand before that fearful Great White Throne. The Lord’s anger at sin shall consume them.
Psalm 73:27 For, lo, they that are far from thee shall perish: thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from thee. (KJV) . . . They that are far from thee are the wicked! ALL those who go a whoring from thee, are those who turn their backs on God, by committing spiritual adultery (Rev.17). There are millions! They worship anything and everything except God! (Rom. 1:26-27; 1 Cor. 10:7-8; 1 Pet. 4:3-4; Rev. 2:14; 2:20-22; 9:20-21; 14:8; 17:1-6).
Money is the #1 culprit.
1 Tim. 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. (KJV)
Heb. 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. (KJV)
James 5:3 Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days. (KJV)
Isaiah 13:9 Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. (KJV) . . . God tells the Truth straight!
Isaiah 60:12 For the nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted. (KJV) . . . How many nations do NOT serve God? How many kingdoms (government) do NOT serve God? Do you see what this Passage states? ALL ungodly nations, and ALL ungodly governments, shall perish! What does that mean? HELL!
Malachi 4:1 For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. (KJV) . . . How many people are there worldwide that do NOT serve God? ALL these people are considered “wicked” in God’s eyes! The end of ALL the wicked is Hell!
Mat. 3:10 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. (KJV) . . . God compares the wicked to a barren fruit tree. A barren fruit tree is worthless, is cut down and burned. So too will be the wicked on Judgment Day.
Mat. 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: [14] Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (KJV) . . . Each time that I read this, I know just how right Jesus was/is. Look around you! How many really good people do you know?
Mat. 13:50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. (KJV) . . . Jesus speaks of the destination of all the wicked, Hell. This is a reality! Believe it my friend.
Luke 13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. (KJV) . . . Jesus said that no one but you can be blamed if you end up in Hell on Judgment Day. Each wicked person shall be solely responsible on his or her own day of judgment.
2 Cor. 11:15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. (KJV) . . . Judgment according to works: Ps.28:4; Pro.24:12; Isa.59:18; Jer.17:10; 25:14; 32:19; Lam. 3:64; Eze. 7:8-9; 18:30; Mat. 16:27; 1 Cor. 3:8; 2 Tim. 4:14; 1 Pet. 1:17; Rev. 18:6; 20:12-13; 22:12.
2 Thes. 1:8-9 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: [9] Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; (KJV) . . . To me, this is a vivid picture of Hell: never to see the Lord or any of His goodness ever again.
1 Peter 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? (KJV) . . . ALL people shall face judgment! Believers (God’s TRUE children) shall be first at the Judgment Seat of Christ (1 Cor.3:10-15), after the Rapture of the saints (1 Thes.4:13-18). Consider just how terrible Judgment Day will be for those who do not obey the Gospel of God! (Rev.20:15).
2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. (KJV) . . . My worst fear is teaching falsely. There are SO many false teachers (wolves in sheep’s clothing Mat.7:15). And there are SO many damnable heresies! They teach another gospel and another Jesus (2 Cor.11:4). Every cult has their own Jesus and teach their damnable heresy about Him! BEWARE!!! I believe that false teachers shall be judged much more harshly that others (Mat.18:6; Mk.9:42; Lu.17:2; Jam.3:1). Check out everything that you hear or read, including me, with the Bible to make sure it is true (Acts.17:11). Your eternal soul depends on it.
Rev. 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. (KJV) . . . This is a conglomeration of ALL the wicked in the world. It names numerous wickednesses. NONE of which shall in any wise enter Heaven! ALL the above people, plus many others not listed, shall find Hell as their final and eternal destination! ALL wicked people will go to Hell!
Rev. 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life. (KJV) . . . NOTHING evil or impure in any way shall ever be permitted entrance into Heaven. NO wicked person will ever even see Heaven, let alone go there (John 3:3).
Wicked People Described
Chapter 5 . . . Lusting for Pleasure
Mark 8:36-38 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? [37] Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? [38] Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels. (KJV) . . . Millions of people spend all their time and energy lusting after pleasure. Many of these are on welfare, have no job and have no intention of getting one. They live off the government. Who pays the bill? Honest, hardworking people trying to do right. The Bible says: “No work, no eat.” (2 Thes.3:10). But, all these pleasure seekers want is more pleasure! I’m not saying that all pleasure seekers have no job. Many work simply to pay for fishing and hunting trips, sports of all kind, sex and booze, etc., etc.
A world of pleasure centered on possessions, position or power is ultimately worthless in the end. Anything that you have on Earth is temporary. You came into the world with nothing, and you shall leave the same way (1 Tim.6:7-8). Nothing you have here can ever be exchanged for your soul. Working hard for what you want, may give you a life of pleasure here on Earth, but without Jesus, you are going to Hell. Deny and reject Jesus here on Earth, and He shall deny and reject YOU on Judgment Day! That simple! Are you willing to take that chance? Anyone who follows Jesus, will know what it means to live abundantly now and to have eternal life one day in Heaven.
Job 21:13 They spend their days in wealth, and in a moment go down to the grave. (KJV) . . . I personally have known some very wealthy people in my life time. I honestly cannot say that even one of them was really happy, with one, and only one exception! When we moved to Texas, we met a man in church who was the exception. Sam said that the only thing good about money, was the good a person could do with it. He lived it. All the other rich people I have known were either evil (an old boss, years ago), were out to make more and more money, or were proud and arrogant and looked down their nose at those less fortunate. And NONE except Sam was really a happy person!
The wealthy live very luxurious lives, like in the parable of Lazarus and the rich man (Luke 16:19-31). But, once a person dies, they face judgment, like the rich man in that parable. As of today, there is no one yet in Hell (Rev.19:20), to my knowledge. When a wicked person dies, their spirit goes back to God who gave it (Ecc.12:7). A TRUE child of God goes immediately into God’s Presence (2 Cor.5:8). But, IF a wicked person’s spirit returns to God who gave it, what does He do with it? He certainly does NOT allow it into His Presence! And He will NEVER allow it into Heaven! All the wicked shall be sent to Hades, the temporary and present day Hell. Hades is where the rich man was/is. It is a jail, a holding place for ALL the wicked as they await for Judgment Day to come. All the super wealthy will go down to the grave, just like a pauper!
Pro. 9:17 Stolen waters are sweet, and bread eaten in secret is pleasant. (KJV) . . . Wickedness is intoxicating. One sin leads to another, and another. It is like booze! The vast majority (Mat.7:13) think that sinful behavior is much more exciting than the dull Christian life. That is why so many people are on that broad road to Hell! Don’t let the devil deceive you! Sin is very dangerous. Before reaching for any forbidden fruit, consider what the Bible says happens to those who eat it. Destination: Hell!
Isaiah 5:11 Woe unto them that rise up early in the morning, that they may follow strong drink; that continue until night, till wine inflame them! (KJV) . . . SO many people are alcoholics. Many start out at a very young age, because the see their parents drink, and alcohol of some kind is always in the house. Some people, like this verse states, start drinking early in the morning and continue all day. That is a drunk! Drunkenness is a sin!
2 Thes. 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. (KJV) . . . I wonder just how many people this verse applies to. If people do not believe the Truth of the Bible, they are damned! Condemned to Hell my friend! And how many sin knowingly, and have pleasure in doing so! Uncountable! I think of the sin of homosexuality when I read this.
2 Tim. 3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; (KJV) . . . I would say that the percentage who love pleasure more than God would be extremely high! My guess: + 90%.
Titus 3:3 For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. (KJV) . . . OH! How true this is! When I look back to the days before I believed God and accepted His Son to save me, I cringe and shudder at how I lived, and I thank Him for His amazing grace that He did not take me then, for I would have been waiting in Hades to be condemned to the Lake of Fire. EVERY person who is now a TRUE child of God, was at one time a child of the devil (1 John 3:10).
2 Peter 2:13 And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the daytime. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you; (KJV) . . . These were men guilty of false teaching and promoting evil pleasures. They were guilty of leading others away from God’s Son, Jesus, as so many today are guilty of the same sins. The reward of unrighteousness is Hell! We as Christians are not even to sit and eat with the wicked (1 Cor.5:11).
2 Cor. 11:4 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him. (KJV) . . . False teachers distort the Truth about Jesus, preaching another Jesus, another spirit than the Holy Spirit, and another gospel, not God’s ONE Way of salvation, Jesus. God’s Word is infallible, and those who teach anything else except its Truth are wrong and sinful! (Mat.15:9). BEWARE!!!
The TRUTH About SALVATION
How does a person get to Heaven? Some teach that if the good things you do outweigh the bad, God will let you in. That is FALSE! If you believe that, you are headed for Hell (John 3:16, 36; 8:24; 14:6).
There is only ONE Way to Heaven according to the Bible. That is faith in the Blood of Jesus Christ. You could NEVER do enough good deeds in 100 life times to permit you access to Heaven. You could NEVER buy your way to Heaven with all the money in the world. You can NEVER perform enough rituals or sacraments no matter what church you belong to. Faith in Christ Jesus is the only way (John 14:6; Acts 4:12).
The Bible tells us we all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Rom.3:23. Since God allows nothing evil to enter Heaven (Rev.21:8, 22:15), no unbeliever is permitted. Unbelievers are considered wicked in God’s Eyes. We must first believe God, and trust and accept what Jesus did for us on the cross. Only then will the Father credit our account with the righteousness of His Son (1 Cor.1:30; Rom.3:22, 25-26). Only our faith in Jesus can make us right in God’s eyes, just as Abraham’s faith made him right in God’s eyes all those many years ago (Rom. 3:25-26; 4:3,5-6, 9,22; Gal.3:6).
We have NO righteousness of our own (Isa.64:6), any righteousness we possess must come through faith in Christ (Philip. 3:9; Rom.5:1-2).
If you think you can EARN your way to Heaven, if you think you can establish your own righteousness, you are SO wrong! IF you could earn your way to Heaven, then our precious Jesus died for nothing! Galatians 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. (KJV) . . . If we could be saved by keeping the law, or doing good, then there was no need for Christ to die. The damnable heresy of “Universalism” is NOT true. Do NOT believe that everyone will go to Heaven! The Bible doe NOT teach that.
God is pure and holy. We are vile sinners, actually we are His enemies. God cannot even look at sin. We must be made “right” in His eyes to have fellowship with Him. Only acceptance of Jesus justifies us, gives us access to the Father and makes us His friends (Rom.5:1-10). There is NO other way! Many say that Way is too narrow (Mat.7:13-14). But friend, that Way is wide enough for the whole world IF they would choose to walk it!
Many who seek God are confused about what He wants them to do. False teachers give many answers to this question. But salvation really is simple. Pleasing God does not come from any work we do, but from Whom we believe. You must believe Jesus is Who He claims to be. We must, like Peter believe He is the Christ, the Son of the living God (Mat.16:16).
John 6:28-29 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? [29] Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent. . . . The only “work” God desires of us is belief!
Salvation is a Gift (Rom.6:23; Eph.2:8-9)! It is absolutely FREE to “whosoever.” John 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. (KJV) . . . Only Jesus has the KEY to Heaven! IF we believe in Him, we have everlasting life in Heaven, NOW (John 5:24). Believe God! (1 John 5:10-12). He CANNOT lie (Tit.1:2).
What wicked people refuse to believe about Jesus, and Him being God!
